Good quality sofas

We sent you the tracking information for your order on Monday, May 3rd. I realize you had reached out on May 1st but our customer service hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. The label for your shipment was created over the weekend. We sent you the tracking information as soon as we possibly could. The furniture is amazing however
The furniture is amazing. However the communication is obsolete...after making my purchase and receiving an email receipt, I received zero communication. When I reached out on several occasions, I did receive a response that the furniture would be delivered in March (4 months after purchase). The furniture never arrived and I was not contacted. Again, I had to reach out twice before receiving a response to let me know that was delayed. Then a third delay. Finally, received the pieces. Again, the furniture is very nice...but this company needs to communicate with its customers. For many months, I did not know if I would ever see the furniture that I spent $2400 on.
