I have ordered from your company before but this time, it look a very long time to get here. We understand that shipping from anywhere is delayed because of COVID, but it would have been nice to have the delay communicated.

Placed an order on 12/15. Followed up this morning (12/21) to find that our order had not been shipped out after almost a full week. Sent an email asking for explanation and update on our order only to receive an email this morning after I sent mine that our order had finally shipped. No idea whether this Christmas gift will make it on time now that it's taken over a week for the company to ship our order.

Ordered for 1st time. Bought the most beautiful boxes of matches. They are beautifully decorated on the outside box & compliment my candle In the living room. They put a smile on my face when I look at them. Flawless service. I ordered and they showed up at my doorstep a few days later. I will order these again !

My experience with Our Boat House was excellent. I ordered a book, Beautiful Whales, for my nephew who was in the hospital with a brain injury. They were able to ship the book to the hospital the same day. It was delivered within 24 hours to the hospital. The salesperson was extremely helpful.

I love everything about this store!! They have the best pieces for all around the house - everything you need down to the little details of decor. So beautiful, clean and beachy. I want to buy everything! The employees and owner are very attentive and helpful with a great sense of style... it makes the experience of going in there even better. I love Our Boat House

My experience with Our Boat House has been unequivocally the worst I have ever experienced. After months of shipping delays the bed I ordered arrived poorly packaged and severely damaged. Numerous attempts to contact the company went unanswered. The one time I spoke to someone, they said the bed was scheduled to be picked up. Nobody called. Nobody showed up. It has been weeks of stress and drama. Do not order from this company. They have no standards, no customer service, and absolutely do not stand by their products. It may be a scam, and it is the most disappointing shopping experience I have ever had. Please learn from my miserable experience and save yourself the headache, the expense and the trouble!!

We love Our Boat House. New things arrive daily and the "crew" is always switching things up, so it's a like new showroom every time you visit. Be sure and check every corner and best to loop twice so you don't miss a thing.

I love the sideboard. It looks amazing.

Cheap Quality and Poor Packaging: We ordered 2 of Celia Accent Table with Bone Inlay Top and they both arrived (a month later) broken in various pieces. While it was terribly packaged (they were each placed inside large boxes with a little cardboard no other wrap to ensure cushioning while traveling from Florida to DC. Additionally, the tables were very poorly made so it was clear it wasn't just the packaging that caused them to break while shipping. We paid $500 for the pair - we expected top quality for that price instead we got something I would have paid $30 on Wayfair or Overstock for.

Unfortunately I purchased an item that went in back order after I had already ordered. I waited patiently. Received a very delicate (more delicate than I knew and was never described) in a box that had no wrapping or padding to fill it. The bench cane damaged. I’ve reached out but unfortunately it hasn’t been a priority. The quality of the item, the attention to unsatisfactory shipping, a damaged item, and an unhappy customer didn’t really make a difference.

It was our first visit to you store and WOW we were impressed! We purchased a large mirror and a small buffet. Purchase and delivery were great. Beca took care of everything. We are very pleased with our purchase!
