I had an outstanding experience with Reuben
I had an outstanding experience with Reuben at Ottocars Rental Car. From start to finish, the service was absolutely excellent. Reuben was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free.
The car was in great condition, everything was clearly explained, and there were no hidden issues or surprises. It’s rare to find such genuine customer care these days, and it really made a difference.

Great service by Ruben and keiran who went above and beyond expectations at the shepherds bush branch. They made swapping my car easy and fuss free, helped upload my documents and gave the new quick clean while we waited for the documents to be reviewed by uber. Easy place to find and the range of cars they have is superior to other hubs. The office is bright and clean and everyone was friendly and inviting. I am very impressed, wished I visited the shepherds bush branch for my first visit to otto cars.

Kevin does it again! After a stressful year last year and returning a vehicle Kevin and the team helped me to gain another plan and help me pay off my previous amount.
Otto truly do have a family feel to them and are very approachable, my advise is anyone considering a rent 2 buy plan, call them get some advise.
My experience has only been positive.
