Mark B. at the Shepherd’s Bush branch of Ottocar is an absolute credit to the company. My recent interaction to sort out a rental car was swift and efficient.
He also helped me with an issue I had with my parking permit which was totally above and beyond. Legend.

I just wanted to say thank you to jahsiah for being really nice and helping me into my Rent to buy. My previous car was stolen under weflex so i was very hesitant about getting another car, but speaking to jahsiah changed my mind. I now see why Otto is so highly recommended. They have great customer service. Thanks again

Very Satisfied from otto car team and specially KAFIL MIRZA .. he is very helpful person every time.. he helped me sort out payment freeze. Hendon was great

Hendon was great. My car is in for repair.i had issues with my documents and I went into Dulwich today and travis is So quick and knows uber system very well. He help me get live on uber. Thank you Dulwich and Travis

I would have to say this is the worst…

I would have to say this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. In my experience, they were extremely dishonest and, at times, came across as outright bullies.

After a non-fault accident, they put me through one of the most difficult periods of my life, seemingly prioritising their own profit over my livelihood. Although they recovered the full value of the car from the third party, I was left without a vehicle, unable to work, and without any income for over three months, placing me in a very vulnerable position.

To make matters worse, I felt pressured into continuing the same contract and repurchasing my salvage vehicle (Category S) at a price comparable to a new car. The vehicle subsequently failed its safety certification and was not fit for use as a private hire vehicle.

Overall, I found the situation completely unfair and deeply inconsiderate. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing this company.

I was a customer for 6 years

I was a customer for 6 years. I sold my car 6 months but they didn't give me service history. They promised me to send by post then I contacted several times but never get me back. The buyer keep contacting me for service history but I haven’t got it yet. Your service was getting poor day by day that's why I moved to another company.
