Exactly as other recent reviews order passed to Ostomed 23rd May have not yet received Left calls and emails no response back Called pharmacy to U and they said that the order was due to be dispatched but advised to contact GP and get an emergency prescription as couldn’t be sure when I would receive my prescription considering it’s for type 1 diabetes that’s not good
I told them I’d never had this issue before when they just dealt with it so they said I could opt out of having passed to Ostomed which I have done but meanwhile will now contact GP for another prescription
I’ve no issue with pharmacy to U for any other meds but will avoid if they continue to pass to Ostomed terrible service

Initially I blamed Pharmacy2ubbut it's Ostomed who have messed around. My prescription was sent on 26th May. It's the 2nd June and Ostomed haven't approved it, let alone sent it. I rang them up and she made excuses but then finally admitted she didn't know. So she said she'd find out then call me baxk. Over hour and a half later and no call. I rang back and it was the same woman who appeared huffy I was calling back. She said she had been on her lunch break, only just back at desk etc. Not my problem in all honesty. Considering this is a company providing diabetes prescriptions, it is dangerous not to send things out on time. I wear a libre for gestational diabetes and 20 weeks pregnant and have had to go 8 days with no readings. Appalling.

Like previous reviews have been trying to contact Ostomed and they never get back to you! Calls get cut off with "this office is now closed" at 10am on a Friday. No return calls despite them saying they will "hold my place in the queue" and call me back. Unfortunately Pharamacy2U have now lost another customer and I will be going back to my normal chemist!

I have been waiting a fortnight for my medication order via pharmacy 2 u and it still hasn’t arrived. Contacted pharmacy2u and told to contact ostomed. I have called numerous times, left voicemails, emailed, requested a call back but nobody gets back to you. Terrible service

Same experience as other recent reviewers - prescriptions passed to Ostomed by Pharmacy 2 U have gone unfulfilled now for a couple of months. Not getting anywhere with Ostomed directly, Worrying and detrimental when not receiving needed prescription items. Previous service was fine.

Been waiting for medication from Ostomed for 2 weeks now. Not answering phone or e mails. Medication is urgently needed. Very poor service!

Ordered an item via pharmacy2u. It was passed to Ostomed on 23 April. Should have been received within 2 weeks, so i called twice last week (no answer and no call back), sent two emails (got messages back about their opening hours, even though one of my emails was sent during their stated opening hours). Have checked all my emails, text messages, etc and absolutely nothing. Will be forwarding my previous emails to them during their opening hours today, but not holding my breath.

been waiting for an order sent by pharmacy2u 2-3 weeks ago not been able to get any response from this company as regards my order even after various emails and phone calls hence the 1 star

Please see my review of Pharmacy2U. Very impressed with this Company's response to my quandary. In spite of my mis-spelling their name: Ostomed not Ostamed!
