Disgusted with service. Have not received a request to renew longstanding order for vital drugs on 2 last occasions, which left me runningout of drugs.
Emails about this ignored. Did eventually manage to speak to a person who could no reason for renewals not being sent. This is dangerous practice which leaves patients at risk but I doubt if pharmacy2u cares.

They sent me the wrong medication right before I was due to go overseas, and now I have to go through withdrawals from my antidepressants while on holiday because the pharmacy and the GP are accusing me of lying instead of correcting their mistakes.

what a shambles this company has become i have been with them for over 4 years and everything has been great i ordered my blood pressure medication it took 3 days at the most to come through no problems now it is like wading through treacle to order my medication you have to go through a barrage of things like what vaccine would i want for my covid jab and other useless information to order it and then when you think you have ordered it you keep on getting e mails telling you to order your medication making you wonder wether you have ordered it or not i will be going elsewhere in the future because a company i thought i could rely on has gone down hill fast

I will be cancelling pharmacy 2u because mine & hubbys last two orders have been a week late but when ordering early you get a ticking off from the doctor my latest scrip went to London Royal Mail my hubby has no pain meds he has servere arthritic arthritis still not arrived it’s apsolutely disgusting
Renew your prescription 10 days before a delivery date
I use this application for more than 3 years. It’s been very good in my opinion. I order repeated prescriptions 10 days before a delivery date and till now I haven’t been disappointed yet.

Never remembers your password,
Says my payment details need updating, but I go in the app and it's all fine ,
Emails saying the order will be cancelled if I don't update my payment details,
So back into the app and it's all fine , order is on track , payment details are all fine .
Seriously this must have been designed by a moron.
Oh and when you sign in and it says something is wrong or you've entered incorrectly, so you input the exact same details and this time it works .
Jeeez the frustration using this app in almost unbearable.
Fix this rubbish.
Absolutely fed up
Absolutely fed up, every single month they claim prescription has not been received, sent to them twice so far this month and apparently still not received! I’m afraid I have to go back to the old fashioned way! Not sure why it is so complicated!

Poor service
Only giving 1 star as it won't let me leave no stars! Always have an issue with my order, and today I was kept holding on live chat to speak to an adviser for 40 minutes, when the auto script said "you are connected to Janice, please allow me a few moments to view the conversation history". 40 minutes is not a few moments. I gave up in the end and ended the chat and rang to order over the phone which also is not the easiest thing to do!!

I have been with this pharmacy for a number of years and initially was very pleased with the service, but these past few years the service has deteriorated significantly. I have had a number of issues regarding delayed delivery but this last time has been dreadful service. Since February 20th on the website it states the pharmacy has a query therefore prescriptions paused. No correspondence from them at all. So last Friday February 27th I spoke to someone and she said she would send an email to the pharmacy to get it approved. On March 2nd I had to once again ring them because it was still paused due to pharmacy query. When I asked what the query was they did not know! Therefore I asked them to send me the codes needed to give to my local pharmacy where all my future prescriptions will be going to. You need to be able to depend on repeat prescriptions arriving on time! Sorry for the long essay!

Their website has not worked for as long as my account has been with this company - over a year. They do not respond to support requests. They do not care about their customers, and I am getting off their site as fast as I can. I recommend that others avoid this company.

I saw oral b io tooth brush heads at a ridiculously low price, I signed up to recieving emails from them for a £5 discount, the email arrived immediately, however the code didn't work.

If they spent less time trying to sell you items and let you just order perhaps it would work better. Once you've managed to order then the process is smooth but until that point it's bad.

Been on the phone like 20 minutes trying to close my account, They are useless.
Initially signed up during lockdown
Initially signed up during lockdown, but the company failed me and I had to cancel.
HOWEVER, the experience now is completely different! Hence the 5*, well-deserved.
I ordered my monthly repeats mid-morning of Thursday 5th February, maybe around 10am. I had run out of some because I knew that I should have ordered on Monday 2nd February but forgot.
My meds were delivered on Friday 6th in time for lunch.
I CALL THIS BRILLIANT SERVICE, EXCELLENT!
I don't know how they can do this so fast, having worked in a GP surgery and a pharmacy myself, but I do hope they keep it up!

I thought I'd research this company as I have regular prescriptions. I gave datails as requested on the online form, then decided to go no further. My local surgery is excellent and the town's Boots likewise. As far I was concerned I'd not given my permission to go ahead with the order. I was shocked to receive an email informing me my prescription would be delivered! I suspect because I am exempt from prescription charges, the company thought they could simply go ahead without my permission. A very unethical approach and I wonder what else they try to get away with.

The reordering process is needlessly complicated. All I want to do is reorder meds not be given a lot of irrelevant options. Delivery works well (so far at least) but the website is over-complicated, probably designed by AI and not by a hiuman being who actually uses it
Awful customer care
As my GP now wishes patients to arrange contraception via pharmacies instead, I signed up to have a phone call via Pharmacy2U to manage this as I use their service to deliver my other meds. No appointments available in December so waited almost a month for an appointment 8.45am today. No phone call arrived. Contacted online chat 3 times to find out what was happening- first occasion there was “no service” (after advertised opening hours), then agent repeatedly disappearing without notice during our chat leaving me asking several times if they were still there. They came back and said they couldn’t see anybody had phoned me (I KNOW!!!). No apology, no explanation. No remedy. Eventually managed to get phone number off agent. Was told by phone agent someone would call me back. That was approximately 11am, it’s now 13.03 and still no contact. Dreadful service. The only good thing is that I am not a teenage girl trying to be responsible and access this service for the first time for help.
