They live on Skye. The shop could not have been more helpful. The customer service alone is worthy of 5 stars!
She was delighted with the miniature. They are painted by a member of staff in the shop.

Loved the shop so much I did another order when back in the States. Shipment VERY slow due to costums, but that's no fault of the store or owner. Just a caution if you're ordering anything time-sensitive (for birthday/anniversary/etc.).

It was easy to place my order and delivery was efficient, with friendly service from ÒR when initial queries were made with helpful advice provided.

Really sad to give a poor review. The item I bought was beautifully packaged but was slightly damaged. I contacted them about this requesting how to return the item for a replacement but they never responded - only communication I have had was an invite to review my experience!
