Great choice of jewellery, with new pieces added each week. Bella was very helpful throughout the ordering process, and the prices were reasonable. The ring was also packaged beautifully.

However, I was disappointed to have to pay for both resizing and the return postage, which added considerably to the overall cost of the ring. I also had to chase for the valuation certificate, and when it was eventually provided, it was only sent as a PDF. I asked if a physical copy could be sent as I don’t have access to a printer, but unfortunately this wasn’t possible.

Having bought antique jewellery from other online companies previously, I found that a printed valuation certificate was included, so this was disappointing. Overall, a good selection and helpful service, but the additional costs and lack of a printed certificate are worth bearing in mind.
