Really lovely, quality product.

I ordered two aromatherapy kits to use as gifts for people and they both arrived leaking through their individual pouched and onto the cardboard box they were delivered in. The internal packaging of each product was different, meaning one had already been opened and re-packaged to look new. I emailed Little Boutique to explain this and asked for replacements to be sent and I would send back the damaged ones, however got no response. I followed up with an email a week later, and still no response. Their automated email response is 'we aim to respond within 24 hours' which is clearly false. They make it difficult to gain any contact information on their website, meaning it's almost impossible to send an email to discuss/request exchanges or returns. Overall, I would avoid buying from this company if you can as should anything go wrong, you have no chance of having it rectified.

Always a 5* from me. I've been buying from Little Boutique for a few years and always an excellent service. This time I bought various scented sachets and I love them all ❤️ Kate the owner is amazing and me and Miss Coco (my chihuahua!) used to love popping into the shop to say hello!

I was told to go to the Little Boutique by a friend as I was in need of a new bra. Spent $89.. wore it twice and a section of the stitching was coming undone. I took it back and was told that it would be sent to a Taylor to be mended, wish I had just asked for a refund or a new one. Weeks later I had to ring to chase it up. I picked it up and the stitching was awful!!! I’ve taken another new one in another colour, but will definitely go for a refund if anything else goes wrong with it!!!
On a positive the staff are really nice people.
