Betrügerisches Vorgehen.Anscheinend verkauft sich das Produkt sehr schlecht. Eine schriftlich zugesagte Gutschrift wurde trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage nicht ausbezahlt. Und nach Ablauf der 30Tage Frist zur Rückgabe des Produkts wieder zurückgenommen.Der Kundendienst reagiert jetzt auch auf keinerlei Fragen. Keine Konservation mehr möglich.

Ich habe einen Stift bestellt für 19.95
es gab ein Angebot über 3 Stifte, welches ich nicht gekauft habe!
Abgebucht wurden zwei Bestellungen von einmal 6 Stiften und einmal zwei.
Das ist Betrug!
Die Stornierung wurde verweigert mit der Aussage, das Paket sei schon unterwegs, obwohl ich es nach 12 Stunden schon storniert habe.

Website is a con! Charges you for items but doesn't confirm you have ordered them. Only find out when you look at your bank statement. Wish I'd checked these reviews before I went on their site. Buyer beware!!!

The company is a scam, stay away. My wife ordered one item for £8.99, got billed almost £100. PayPal won't help at all. Stay well away

I bought 2 nail pens for 19.94 from Orivelle and in addition I was charged for 3+3 spray pens from some Astronara $59.99 = $79.99 in total. Their check out process is deceiving. You think you are paying for what you wanted to buy and in reality you see that you are charged for what you didn't intend to buy only when you get a notification from your bank+ they put you on some autorefills which is totally outrageous!
5 minutes after I got a confirmation from my bank and the seller company I communicated with both and tried to cancel the order. I told them several times that I didn't order any sprays at all and asked the seller NOT to ship it to me and the bank to postpone the payment. No resolution so far. The seller's phony customer service doesn't really help but every time asks you different questions to provide them with identification and order numbers etc. Then they tell you that they can't find the numbers or that the numbers are wrong and they need more time to find the right numbers in their system. What a joke! They do everything to drag you into some foul game in order to not refund you your money.

Don’t purchase, do not trust these adverts , con men, they will rip you off, ordered 3 + 1 free, went to checkout, first price ok, then second unordered item was added, bringing the total to £76+, attempted to cancel order, notification came up, instructing us to return items upon receipt which we have done, package was tracked and delivered on the 26th, no response from the company. If they can they will take unauthorised monies. So be aware
In addition to the above, it is Monday the 1st June, and to date there has been no communication or credit in respect of the monies owing.
My early investigation into this company, indicates that they may be not in fact be in the uk, and uk addresses quoted are simply mail boxes. ????

Avoid using this company.
I ordered one pen at £13 but when the confirmation came through it showed I had ordered 3+ 3 and a second 3+3 for a total of £95.
Tried stopping the payment with the bank but have to wait until the goods are sent back and try for a refund.

I was told it would be 8.99 I was paying for a product and then charged me 2 separate payments that were completely different payment amounts. 41.94 and 53.94.

The website has incorrectly charged me for items I did not order

The way it’s set up isn’t clear for consumers it puts all these added on amounts.

I contacted them 5 minutes after placing the order to cancel it as it had not been shipped and to ask why I was charged 2 separate payments for the one product I had ordered. When they got back to me they told me it hadn’t been shipped yet and they could modify items .

I said ok can you tell me what that would look like / options, and they then sent another E-Mail saying it has been shipped and they will not cancel payment so I was misinformed. I now have to wait till it comes to return it.

I highly doubt I will receive a full refund when I receive the goods

This is a scam do not use this site. They make up their own prices and then make it very difficult to get your money back. I asked to speak to management and no one came back to me. I said I wanted to complain and no one got back to me.

Repeat DO NOT USE. You will lose your money

SCAM - Looked at buying 3 Pens + 3 Free for £8.99 = £26.97 but did not complete, went back.

Order confirmation came through and then it says amount charged at £53.94!!

E-mailed immediately to cancel order that:
1. I did not complete by clicking buy
2. Did not agree to £53.94!

I was e-mailed back with stupid questions all day confirming my details before they finally said about midnight I cannot cancel as they have shipped.

Requested full refund now and stated I am not waiting for the goods to arrive, they need to deal with this.

Not happy, awful customer service, SCAM/CON/DO NOT USE.

Avoid. its a scam. I've ordered 1 pen and they send me 7 and charged me 91 euros...now im having difficulties in sending the package back to Germany. the post office in Ireland won't accept it ...I have sent them tens of emails no help...

I bought their product via Amazon, the gel is good but the company itself is very unsatisfactory. The pricing is chaotic, advertised at different price to what comes st the till, nobody to contact, cannot email, cannot text. I will not touch them, they almost appear to be a scam

I bought three pieces but more than what it advertised as. Tried for more than 2 months. Not effective at all. No change compared to how Orille advised of how effective the product is. Sadly they do not comment on any of the reviews. They are still emailing me to buy more stuff.

This company is fraud They cheat and steal your money I order 1 pen with 70% discount and should pay 75 danish kroner. They send an invoice in 821 kroner. Don’t ever buy anything from them

Ich habe bei Orivelle bestellt und keine 5 Minuten später per Mail storniert, weil ich es mir anders überlegt habe.

Antwort vom Kundenservice: Stornierung nicht möglich, die Ware sei "sofort versendet" worden. Das ist bei einem 5-Minuten-Fenster nicht glaubwürdig.

Ich fühle mich hier getäuscht und habe keine Möglichkeit, von meinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch zu machen.

Finger weg, wenn ihr flexibel bleiben wollt.

Leider muss ich hier einen Stern geben, da null Sterne nicht angeboten wird, aber normalerweise würde ich null Sterne vergeben!

Overcharged me by 50% and set up a monthly subscription l never agreed to. You may as well put water on your toe nails for how effective this rubbish is. Feel that I’ve been totally scammed by this bunch of crooks 😡

No refund. No confirmation or order. Had to return to US from UK and didn’t return my money. A big scam. Stay away
