Have nothing to do with this company.
They use aggressive, deceptive marketing which is unacceptable. You think you are buying one thing and you end up with more than you thought you had ordered. There is no checkout to amend your order. You can not cancel orders even if you try immediately the order goes through. You end up having far more than anticipated deducted from your account.
Orivelle are really scammers by a different name!!

As with previous reviews this company is a scam. I understood it was buying an item at £11.99 only to find that I had been charged over £70 ! They had added extra items which I did not want. How do these companies get away with it ? I contacted my bank who refunded me but I had my cards cancelled and now need to wait for replacement cards. I am so annoyed and could do without this hassle 5 weeks after losing my husband

Købte Orivelle anti-fungal serum og anti-fugal pen. Under bestillingen hvor de bad om VISA CARD oplysninger havde de pludselig trukket mere end 1.200 kr. uden min accept. Produktet virker heller ikke som beskrevet. Jeg advarer også alle jer andre om IKKE at hoppe på det de skriver på deres hjemmeside og ikke give jeres kortoplysninger til dem. De sagde samtidigt med 10 minutter efter at det var umuligt for mig at annullere ordren.

This company are a scam I have had the same issue with a return even when I have proof of delivery and a photo they deny its there. I am contacting my credit card company as a dispute .

Do not buy anything from this company. I bought one pen but their checkout is so confusing they keep offering different products. I kept scrolling and found "purchase" when I looked at my bank they had taken two payments!!!! They had added 2 extra pens. I contacted customer services immediately,they said they wld only take for the one pen but after a day they said I was too late because the order had been shipped. Told me to return the 2 Pens once they had arrived. Not good enough! Awful customer service. Avoid!

Do not order from this company , I placed and order for a one time purchase , they then sent me another order which I tried to return and was told I would have to pay postage back to Germany cost £9 told them to cancel any subscription on there system (which I definitely didn’t sign up for ) .
Now I have had a further £32.97 taken from my bank and getting nowhere with the company I have now done a claim ft my bank .

I was told it would be 8.99 I was paying for a product and then charged me 2 separate payments that were completely different payment amounts. 41.94 and 53.94.

The website has incorrectly charged me for items I did not order

The way it’s set up isn’t clear for consumers it puts all these added on amounts.

I contacted them 5 minutes after placing the order to cancel it as it had not been shipped and to ask why I was charged 2 separate payments for the one product I had ordered. When they got back to me they told me it hadn’t been shipped yet and they could modify items .

I said ok can you tell me what that would look like / options, and they then sent another E-Mail saying it has been shipped and they will not cancel payment so I was misinformed. I now have to wait till it comes to return it.

I highly doubt I will receive a full refund when I receive the goods

This is a scam do not use this site. They make up their own prices and then make it very difficult to get your money back. I asked to speak to management and no one came back to me. I said I wanted to complain and no one got back to me.

Repeat DO NOT USE. You will lose your money

Hold jer langt væk fra den hjemmeside. De har trukket pengene 2 gange, og de kan ikke gøre noget, må vente og returnere varerne, hvis det så kan lade sig gøre.
Igen anbefaling her fra!

Be very wary about ordering from this company. I bought one pen, and after using for a couple of weeks (without much effect) I got an email offering me a discount on a repeat order. I glanced at this email then closed it. Within minutes, I got a message thanking me for my new order of six more pens! Checked my bank account and they'd already taken the money from me. I emailed immediately to cancel the order and they said it was too late, as the order had already been despatched.

In short, absolute scam! I contacted my bank and reported Orivelle for fraudulent transactions.

Based on Orivelle's add for 2 pens at $13.99/each plus one free I ordered that package. When the invoice showed up it was for $41.97 plus tax. Basic math skills tell me $13.99 x 2 = $27.98, not $41.97. Not what I was expecting. I immediately tried to cancel the order (repeatedly). Contacting them solved nothing as they said the order had already been processed and it was too late to change anything. (This was BEFORE the order shipped). Their advertising is very deceiving since they charge $13.99/each but for all three. Where is the free one? The bottom line is their advertising is deceiving and they have proven themselves to be untrustworthy and uncaring. Whether their product is useful or not I don't
(and won't) deal with companies that can't (or won't) be straight up with their customers. Needless to say I won't be ordering again. Shame on Orivelle (or Astronara), however they refer to themselves.

My sister put an order in for £11 today and has phoned me in an absolute panic because three payments of £35.97, £41.94 and £44.75 have been requested by this company from her bank account. Reading the reviews on Trustpilot it seems that many people have had the same experience ordering from the company.

Her bank has stopped the second and third payments but can't do anything about the first without proof that her order was for £11. Let's hope that the company respond to her email and refund the difference.

Her blev jeg fristet til at købe en pen.
Det betød at jeg blev bundefanget i hjemmesidens tilbud og betalingsfelt.
Der blev vist et tilbud med 3 pen til 75 kr. pr. Stk hvor man så fik 3 pen gratis, og fragtfri levering.
Jeg besluttede at købe dette tilbud, jeg registrere mig i betalingsfelterne med adresse osv. samt opgav mit visakort i betalingsfeltet, jeg havde forventet en købsopstilling med faktura osv. men i stedet blev der øjeblikkelig trukket 2 køb på 2 x 6 pen med 2 hævninger på henholdsvis 449 kr. samt 372 kr.
Jeg skrev tilbage til kundeservice at jeg havde fortrudt mit køb og ville annullere købet, men Adlibris Orivelle svarede 30 min. Efter at pakken var desværre allerede afsendt og kunne ikke stoppes, min eneste mulighed var at returnere pakken når jeg modtog den og Orivelle tilbød at fremsende formularer der skulle udfyldes
Når man havde fortrudt købet, men returnering er til USA for egen regning.
Jeg skrev så at jeg gerne ville have fragt papirer og oplysninger, men de kom først efter 3 dage, derfor er de fulde af løgn, så hold jer langt væk fra dette firma. Jeg har afvist at få tilsendt retur formularer, for man aner ikke hvad de er vedhæftet når du åbner de filer.
Jeg vil på mandag lukke mit Visa kort i banken. Jeg har også klaget til BT, at de medvirker til denne form for svindel, men de er ikke vendt tilbage.

Dont use their website.
During checkout there are so many popups of extra pens or other products that jump up fast where you may be clicking as they appear.
There is NO review of your order before clicking the final pay now.
My confirmation email showed extra pens added I had not been aware of & said to contact them if anything was wrong with the order. I did this immediately but they took hours to respond by which time they told me it was too late to amend & being processed. There had been no option to amend my order myself online . Customer service fobbed me off with repetitive apologies & company procedure that a refund will only be issued if/when I have returned what I dont want, despite acknowledging the time between my alerting them & them responding. No apology offered for inconvenience to customer having to do this, especially as it is only necessary due to their appalling checkout & then their inefficiency to respond.
In my circumstances it was not just inconvenience but impossible- which I stated to them at the start, being bedbound & for serious health reasons living in total isolation. I explained it is impossible for me to return & asked for a goodwill gesture to refund as it was their fault.
They would not & repeatedly told me to get someone to do it (which I dont have the luxury of). Disgraceful correspondence.

Keine Stornierung möglich, obwohl man sich direkt gemeldet hat. Ist angeblich schon alles verschickt. Die Zahlungsweise ist etwas undurchsichtig.

Bestilte og skulle angive betalingskort inden tjek ud. Ved tjek ud lader det så til, at der tilføjes ekstra varer - hvilket først kan ses på mail med ordren. Skynder mig at annullere ordren, men får mail retur - varerne er allerede afsendt - hvilket nærmest ikke kan lade sig gøre.

Jeg har valgt at spærre alle mine kort - og har på mail nægtet at modtage varen. Hvis pakken dukker op - hvad jeg ikke regner med - beholder jeg alle de 12 tuber, som jeg kun har bestilt én af og nægter at betale, så kan vi tage en retssag på det her bondefangeri. Værste skuffe firma.

They double charged me, added tax, charged in a different currency and even though I sent through a cancellation immediately they said it was too late by the time I emailed, said the order had been processed but this did not take place for another 24 hours and the product is made and delivered from China not America, do not order from them

What a nightmare. I ordered two pens and because I exited out of the next page offering more pens, I was automatically made to purchase six more pens. I cancelled within minutes, but had to provide evidence of purchase over and over to get an RMA and had to send photos of product and receipt. And even after I did all that, I was asked to send more photos. This company is horrible to work with.

It's really a good product for nail fungus care
