Having placed my order and not receiving it ,I contacted customer service and received an immediately response
stating exactly what was happening and that it was well within the stated delivery times.
The response was from Anne and was very polite, courteous and factual. Very impressive.

I ordered Origindrops a short while ago but have been dismayed that the product has not yet arrived. My order was processed quickly but the delivery service is behind schedule. The company, however, has kept me informed of the delay somewhere in the delivery process on a very regular basis. Anne responded to my email inquiring about this in minutes. Apparently this compay cares about it's customers. I look forward to using this product and seeing great results.

I’ve been using them for about 3 months…
I’ve been using them for about 2 months now I didn’t cough up dark phlegm but I am definitely breathing deeper than I did prior to using them
I smoked for years but took up vaping around 10 years ago after a bad chest infection whilst vaping I was doing quite labour intensive work but a change of work during covid ment I was office bound my weight went up
To the point that I couldn’t walk up a slight slope of 50 meters without gasping for breath I managed to lose around 10kg I could walk farther but going uphill still wasn’t easy that was around 3 years ago I only work a few days a week now but I lost another 8 kgs now I can walk around 9000 steps that’s normally going up and down scaffolding without to many problems I definitely seem to be breathing better now than I have for a few years I put this down to mullin Drops I like to take mine last thing at night I’m 72

I absolutely was amazed at the sudden improvement in my mucus production. It was within an hour of using this that I could breathe and production was significantly reduced. I’ve had this nose clogging 2 x a day for over a year. Nothing the doctor prescribed worked. He was as baffled as me. This worked when all else failed. I’m very grateful.

The customer service was great , I had questions which were answered promptly, the order took a little longer than expected to arrive but when it did arrive was well packaged and as ordered . I can't comment on the product itself yet as I've only taken once so far , but overall I am very satisfied.

I e-mailed customer service when I thought I had a problem.
I e-mailed customer service because I thought I had a problem with my order. Anne responded within 3 hours and she was correct. The problem was on my end , not theirs. I could not be more please with customer service because of their speedy response and professional conduct.
