I love this product! I have copd and this is the product that has helped me actually be able to take a deep breath again. I’m currently waiting on my next bottle to arrive. I will continue to use this product because it WORKS

I've had other mullein drops. This one was good with the flavor & it works.

I needed to reach out to Origindrops customer service department with a question I had. Their email was easily accessible and I received an email response back within the hour of my email that I sent! The question I asked, if they knew or heard of any counter interactions with thyroid medication. I wanted to include this just in case anyone else that might be in a similar situation. Anne said she did a deep dive and couldn't find anything that claimed that it did, however she did want me to double check with my doctor. I gave 5 stars because communication is huge to me!

Mullein..... I am a 64yr old 'lady' who started smoking at 18. Due to pressures of work & my life, I gradually crept up to 30+ a day. In the mid-1990s, after getting double pneumonia, I no longer enjoyed, if you can call it that, smoking. So, over a short time, I just seemed to stop. Then in 2012 after a horrific divorce something happened & I got in the car and bought some cigarettes, well that was the beginning of the end as I started again with 20+ a day, I am now down to 10 a day but a friend told me to take lungwort tablets for a cough that would not go away, they worked & I do still take them religiously but then I found Origindrops Mullein & that was THE gamechanger for me. Mullein managed to drag up tar that had been in my lungs since the 90s, I think, not ladylike but necessary. I was amazed what these drops could do & the taste was not herbal, like you had been chewing on a nettle leaf, it was pleasant with a bit of sweetness to take the leafy taste away, I take them every day just before I go to bed & my lungs made such a racket at night I thought I had an old fashioned organ playing a tune keeping me awake. I recently ran out & bought a bottle from the A-Zon company - didn't even touch the issues I once had. I had, of course, re-ordered, and the bottle arrived yesterday; last night my lungs had a party all of their own - silence, no wheezing, no coughing, no organ playing in the background. I have no intention of ever running out again, so I ordered a small bulk supply; let's face it at 64 you can't plan too far ahead ha ha....... I truly cannot recommend this enough. I also have to thank Origindrops; they are amazing. I had to email them because I thought I had made a mistake in the order, and Anne was a hero; she replied straight away & was so kind, professional & very understanding. A rarity in this day and age where everything is rushed & people seem to think it a drudgery to help - but Anne was brilliant. From someone in the UK, I thank you from the bottom of my heart, Anne. And as for Mullein, I look forward to having cleared out lungs again. I am down to 10 a day now and hoping to stop pretty soon, but the Mullein will be part of my Alternative Medication routine: no drugs, no big pharma, just honest-to-goodness plants, herbs, etc. If Mother Nature didn't make it, then why would I take it? At the time I received my new drops to try I was having a very hard time breathing at night. Seems my new RX did not work the 24 hours as they expected. I would wake in the night with a chest that was too tight and breath that was too shallow. I would need a couple puffs from my emergency inhaler. After starting my Origindrops at bedtime things changed, I no longer woke up after the second night in need of my inhaler, by the third or fourth day I could tell a difference in the depth of my breathing both during the day and at night. I still take my RX each morning and with my nightly drops I breathe so much better. I ordered three bottles in my first order, I will surely place my next order before I open my last bottle as it took about two weeks to get my order.Customer service with Anne was above and beyond as I also had fears of not receiving the product due to being scammed by a DIFFERENT company. Anne kept me in the shipping loop until I had the product in my hands. Breathing is serious business and I would not so highly recommend this product if it did not do exactly what I have said! Wishing all that try this product the very best....

I wrote asking where the product was sourced and shipped from and received a prompt reply that it is sourced and shipped from the
US. I appreciate they quickly responded to confirm it does not come from China as some other comments as suggested.

I’ve been coughing up so much more mucus than I was before I started using the drops. Breathing has improved and I’m using less oxygen. Able to walk further than I could before and generally less breathless.

I sent an email about my order n I got a response within 5 minutes which is surprising because most places take a day or no response at all...this is my first order for Origindrops ..I am a COPD patient n im hoping these drops work

50 years of everyone telling me the only answer is to quit. But, Mullein Drops offers to clean and restore healthy lungs.
Coughing up more phlegm during the day. Usually a white color, sometimes slightly tan or gray.
Have not noticed any improvement in breathing.

I was interested in purchasing the drops but wanted to inquire about a money back guarantee if they didn’t work for me. I emailed customer service with my question and Anne promptly emailed me back saying they have a 30 day money back guarantee.

I received my dops promptly. However, there was a broken bottle in my order, I would assume from shipment. I contacted the company and I had a response immediately, via email. I was able to then upload photos of the broken bottle. I received another email stating that they were replacing my order, I should have it with in 5-7 business days. I will update once I receive the new order. So far, the customer service has been easy to work with!
