Customer service very good. But their courier let's them down. They dispense the goods quickly. The they are left with the courier waiting delivery for days.

I just received my first order from origindrops and was disappointed to find the order incomplete. I immediately fired an email to customer support and within half an hour received a reply from Anne and the problem resolved. Very impressive particularly as it was on a Sunday afternoon.
