Outstanding Service
My third time financing a car with Oracle Finance and Calypso, and she continues to be my go-to person every time.
Every experience has been outstanding. Her attention to detail is second to none, and she is always approachable, friendly, responsive, and completely honest throughout the process.

Disappointed
Initial contact was good, Chris White was responsive and he sent me a few options to consider. I didn’t want to rush into anything so went away to think about the next steps. I received generic follow-up calls and emails from Oracle over the coming weeks, but when I contacted Chris again with some further options he never bothered coming back to me.
I wanted to give Oracle a go since they are local to me and generally receive good reviews, but unfortunately my experience only made me feel like I didn’t matter and perhaps my requirements weren’t substantial enough for them. I will use my previous broker going forward.

Absolutely outstanding service from James Walker at Oracle Car Finance. From start to finish, James made the entire process incredibly easy, stress-free, and efficient. He was professional, caring, and genuinely took the time to understand my circumstances, explaining all the best options available to me without any pressure.
What really stood out was the level of care and attention throughout the whole experience. James kept me updated every step of the way and even checked in afterwards to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase customer service like that is rare to find nowadays.
A huge thank you as well to Isabelle Simmen in Business Support Administration, who was an absolute dream to deal with. Friendly, organised, and extremely helpful throughout the process.
