Meiner Meinung nach war es nicht so… sollte man als Kunde die Möglichkeit haben, gekaufte Produkte zurückzusenden, falls einem der Artikel nicht gefällt
Meiner Meinung nach war es nicht so gut, wie es von vielen anderen beschrieben wurde. Es gibt definitiv noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Außerdem sollte man als Kunde die Möglichkeit haben, gekaufte Produkte zurückzusenden, falls einem der Artikel nicht gefällt oder nicht den Erwartungen entspricht

Really liked the Milk Chocolate flavour — tastes good and mixes well. What I liked most is that it feels very light compared to many other protein powders, so it’s been easy to include in my daily routine. Overall, a very convenient protein option.

Terrible delivery
Terrible delivery! The order is processed by Shopify who only allow a limited number of characters in the address section so I could not advise my full address.
The delivery failed because the driver could probably not find my address.
I called Optimum Nutrition but they do not take calls and only emails. It’s been a few days and still no response to my email.

Optimum Nutrition was 5 stars order…
Optimum Nutrition was 5 stars order tracked, arrived when said and correct, but the delivery firm was awful, left package outside front door in full view of passers by, when behind back gate was stated as drop of place, lucky to be still there when I returned, won't be ordering again as not worth hassle if it went missing. Change your delivery firm and will be used again.

When we provide the tracking link, the courier’s app sometimes restricts delivery to safe places or neighbours — many customers prefer this option, but in your case it clearly didn’t work as intended. Almost impossible to get in touch
Something went wrong when l placed the order l guess "auto fill" put in half post code wrong. That's not ON fault still COULD NOT CALL them, Return email say "not monitored" it gives options for other emails to use of which the Eu one is incorrect! ("server not found") .. Three days later l found them on fb they answered me "a couple of days later.. THANKS GOD FOR THE DELIVERY-MAN Out of the lot (DPD clerks included say we can't change any of tge address must be done by the sender EVEN IF THAT post code was NON existing)) He was the only one who took it on himself look at "safe space" where l put the right post code and deliver.
