Into week two of my order. Still not delivered. This is is the email response to my non-delivery:

Firstly. I’m in the Uk. When did an apology have a Z in it. Secondly. Where is my order that I’ve paid for already.

You sent an email saying 20 percent of your final order.
That obviously didn't work which is disappointing.
What makes it worse is you send another saying time is running out to use it!
Dont false advertise and try drag people into a sale that you have no intention of fulfilling

Hi,

I still haven’t received my product. Do you know where it is? DPD have stated that they have not received. It was meant to be next day delivery and has not arrived within 10 days

UPDATE - it has been delivered but I am waiting for the customer service response to my last email. I will amend the rating once they have replied.

Numerous emails sent with no response, latest email i sent :

Dear Customer Support,

I am following up on your email sent on Friday, in which you advised that my order had been shipped and should arrive within the next few working days, attributing the invalid tracking link to a technical issue with DPD.

I have since chased this matter yesterday and today but have received no further response.

I still have no valid tracking information and no confirmation of the parcel’s whereabouts. Simply advising that the order has been shipped is not sufficient without a working tracking number or other verifiable delivery information.

Please provide the following as a matter of urgency:

A valid DPD tracking number.
Confirmation of the date the parcel was dispatched and its current delivery status.
A firm expected delivery date.
If you cannot provide this information or ensure delivery promptly, please arrange a full refund to my original payment method.

I paid for this order using my American Express card. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will raise a dispute with American Express for goods not received.

I would appreciate a substantive response within 48 hours.

I was provided with an incorrect tracking number, and as a result, my order cannot be tracked and has yet to arrive. In the meantime, I have made proactive attempts to contact your customer service team—via direct email and by submitting inquiry forms—but I have not received any effective response. My most recent messages and forms remain completely unacknowledged.

I had a positive experience ordering from Optimum Nutrition. The website was easy to navigate, and the whey protein and creatine bundle offered a convenient way to purchase both supplements together. The ordering process was straightforward, and I’m looking forward to seeing the results from using the products alongside my workout routine.

Easy to order arrived on time and sent me email to track my parcel. Updated What stage of delivery 📦

It’s a fraud, Fraudster stolen my card from my phone app and ordered.
Not sure how that can happened. Any idea?
