Delivery is super fast! Products are top tier if you’re looking for grade A performance and recovery, there is something for everyone! Customer service are also very happy to help if ever there is an issue. Third-party tested so you know you’re getting great quality as well as within any boundaries for professional athletes.

Doesn’t get any better quality or service, heavy on the emails though, had to unsubscribe within a couple days I had a bunch of emails, a reminder would’ve done say 30 or 60 days after receiving my nutrient's. Otherwise buy with confidence been using optimum nutrition for a while, if I wanna cut in or bulk or maintain they do the job perfectly

I’m giving one star
I’m giving one star, which I genuinely feel bad about, as the service was good up until the purchase. However, I’ve had to chase several times for a return label, and the customer service since then has been really disappointing. I expected much better support when trying to arrange a return.
Hopefully, I won’t have to chase them again for my refund.

Seals tampered with on both products in order.
Order received in sealed brown box but both products within box were opened or tampered with. One seal was lifted up and the other seal was pushed through. Consumables are now worthless.
Customer service telephone number refers to email customersupport. Email no longer is used. Needed to submit query on website. After submitting complaint was told ticket has been issued, but there was no ticket reference number. I have received no email to confirm complaint received. Very unhappy and trust impacted.

Poor service
Poor service.
Order delivered with a hole in the bag. Order was sent back and have not heard anything, not a single update since 04.08.26.
I have reached out in 3 separate occasions via email (calls are not being accepted). No response has been given.
It has been 3 weeks and I’m now £170 down with no protein and no refund.

Delivery was next day. I ordered on a Friday before 2pm. The whey protein powder is delicious! Ive never had protein drinks before and was worried it would taste a but gross but I could drink this all day haha.
I also ordered the protein shaker which has now been stolen by my partner cause its excellent for on the go!
The website is a bit clunky and it would be great if they had an app. The powder is a bit pricey but its so good . Hoping to see discounts every so often

The lime flavoured plant based clear…
The lime flavoured plant based clear protein is absolutely disgusting, I can't drink it. It's not the lime flavouring that is the issue, it is the underlying flavour of the protein that the lime is trying and failing to disguise.
The company themselves seem to have been fine. Delivery was really quick.

Optimum Nutrition, Great Products at Great Prices
I decided to go direct to Optimum Nutrition when prices elsewhere became too much and to my surprise they have discounts for buying in larger quantities. They have my favourite product which is delicious and has helped me reach and maintain my weight goal for over 5 years. I would highly recommend having a look at their site to see if you can make a saving on something you already buy, without doubt a company who want to look after their customers.

Great product
Great product - for someone who hates the taste of protein powder and protein products, this really does just take like squash. Tastes great, will definitely be buying more of it. Highly recommend to those who are like me and dislike protein shakes etc!
