The process from ordering to delivery was clear and straightforward. Messaging and updates were unambiguous and frequent and delivery was fast. When my clear protein arrived it tasted good and wasn’t too sweet like some varieties - hopefully the results will speak for themselves.

Best Protein Powder
I’ve tried numerous protein powders and without a doubt Optimum Nutrition Double Chocolate is the best tasting out there,only downside is it’s a little expensive.

Issue Resolved – Optimum Nutrition Made It Right
I am updating my original 1-star review following a positive resolution from Optimum Nutrition.
My order originally arrived with the Gold Standard Whey Protein damaged, with the seal broken and the powder spilled throughout the shipping box. The initial handling of my complaint was frustrating, particularly as I had provided photographs and requested an escalation but did not receive a resolution for around two weeks.
However, Optimum Nutrition has now contacted me and arranged a replacement for the faulty product.
I appreciate that they ultimately took responsibility and made the effort to resolve the issue properly. Problems can happen with any company, but what matters is how they deal with them. Arranging the replacement was the right thing to do and has restored my confidence in the company.
For that reason, I have decided to change my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Thank you to the Optimum Nutrition team for eventually resolving the matter and making things right.

A Priced out loyal customer
Been a customer for over 20 years - brilliant product BUT... SO far out pricewise now. Why can I obtain this in Holland for £73 per 2kg pack and in the UK it is an incredible and unsatisfactory £98!? Such a sad former customer....
