Optimalbathrooms 

Please avoid this company at all costs. I've had to have the entire bathroom removed and a new one installed.

We got wet wall fitted, we contacted them as the marble pattern was coming away, they said they would visit to fix, everyday they cancelled, we gave up, i am leaving a review so this doesnt happen to someone else, i advise do not use this company

I have tried to contact optimal bathrooms several times. They fitted my bathroom which on the outside looks great however it wasn’t too long before problems arrived. Beading on the outside of my shower came off and more importantly I stay in a new build flat which has a fan eco system installed. When my bathroom ceiling was lowered I instructed the fitter to ensure that he had connected my fan back up he assured me that he did. This was a downright lie when the contractors came out from the housing to check all my fans in the flat were working they discovered that my bathroom fan HAD NOT been connected as stipulated. The bathroom fan is the main hub for all my fans working. All fans are not working and I now have to pay out £300 to have it all reconnected this involves taking down my ceiling with my down lighters. I have tried several times to communicate with optimal with no satisfaction. I really need to be compensated by them to cover my costs that I now have to pay contractors to ensure that the fans are all now operational and that I won’t have the condensation that I’m having or damp. I am so disgusted by this company!

Still waiting for repairs to my new installation but according to HMRC Andy the owner has dissolved Optimal Bathrooms so not sure if the review from December on here is legit. Stay well away from this mob or whoever they are trading as now.

We had our en-suite replaced by Optimal bathrooms. We chose high end fittings and fixtures.
It is absolutely terrific. I cannot recommend them enough.
From Alastair sitting and measuring, Micheal fitting and Andy checking over the insulation I am delighted.

I inquired about a bathroom design with Optimal Bathrooms, Alistair came out at a time that suited me, he asked what o was looking for & he showed me some samples.

Items and cost agreed, I was asked to pay a deposit to secure quote direct to his own bank account.

Andy delivered the materials at an agreed time. I was then asked to pay for this before he left, which I did. Job was to start 3 days later, when I realised that I had been sent the wrong sink unit, shower enclosure, radiator and electric shower the fitter Scott notified the owner straight away.

Andy then rectified the error with the shower enclosure, however after another electric shower being delivered which again was wrong I ended up going out and buying my own at an extra cost in order to not delay the fitter Scott.

On completion of the job by Scott I paid him a further amount despite still not receiving the correct radiator.

After repeated attempts contacting the owner Andy. I have still not had my radiator replaced and have been completely ignored.

Stay clear of this business!!! They are very unprofessional and promise a service with items they cannot provide.

Would not recommend. Got a bathroom done over a year ago and had nothing but issues. Didn’t end up with the pannelling I wanted, they offered alternative which was fine. Nothing but issues since it was fitted, cheap bathroom suite, toilet flush breaks constantly, had to get whole bathroom re sealed as it was done so badly and shower has now leaked which has resulted in us having to get bathroom pulled out, chipboard relayed and new flooring. Looked nice but quality of work was a shambles

happy to take nearly £10,000 cash from you but cant replace a shower tray after 3 months of use and a terrible job of tiling, in which the provided the tiler!! My you f son cutting his feet everytime he has a shower.

Where to start with these disingenuous company.

In April they were given £9750 to provide bathroom upgrades and some flooring to put in promptly as my wife was going into hospital and she wanted it done before that. Should have been first red flag, they were available immediately, so presumably others aren't touching them with bargepole.

First three days sent the wrong fixtures and fittings. Took three days to sort that out. After that the fitter who turned up intermittently ripped one downstairs toilet out and then started on the kitchen floor, leaving the toilet out of commission for 4 days. The Gaffer, and I use that term very loosely then tells me we'll send in backups to make up the time as the fitter after 10 days had still not started the upstairs bathroom.

That didn't happen.

Then the upstairs bathroom was ripped out and out commission for five days and the final fit led lot thectoiket pan in the middle of the bathroom area, actually could step over it to get into the bath.

The standard of work was also appaling.

They agreed to refund £2000 which i settled on to put an end to this nonsense as my wife is recuperating, that was about a month ago and no refund yet just sob stories from the Gaffer, who is now blanking all correspondence.

They cannot be trusted with your money and they fo not do a good job. I have therefore been forced to write this, share my experience on social media groups regarding bathroom providers and raised a court procedure to get money back. I doubt they will do the honorable thing but if it persuades one person not to given them money then they will have lost more than it would have cost to provide that refund.

Once again do NOT GIVE THIS LOT MONEY IN ADVANCE if you hope to see it or what you asked for in your bathrooms.

Got full rip out and new bathroom fitted Michael who done it was a perfectionist took his time and measured 2 or 3 times to make sure before cutting materials he was there till after 5pm most nights. new bathrooms is minted glad me & my wife went with this company A1 work cheers guys.

We have just had our bathroom installed by Optimal bathrooms and we couldn’t be happier. From first contacting them the experience was stress free, we appreciated Andy coming to our home to show us some samples and answered my many questions, he was friendly and gave good advice. Sam our fitter was brilliant, can’t fault him at all, friendly guy, arrived on time every morning and worked really hard, didn’t take a break to ensure our bathroom was completed, he is a perfectionist and cleaned up after himself every night. Thank you for our lovely bathroom, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 😊 Kerry and Craig.

Had a bathroom fitted in may 2024 and the shower has leaked since then they came out and said it was condensation even though you could see the water under the floorboards and the water has got under the boards in the lounge to then a month ago it flooded they cam out to fix the flood but not repair any of it I have two big holes in the wall the floor is moving in the bathroom and the lounge boards are lifting up and they will not come and repair it I have waited in for them several times and don't show up I have tried to contact the salesman but again no answer. A horrible company to deal with alright until they have the money then they couldn't care

Well chuffed with my new makeover….fitters name was Sam ….a perfectionist…likes his tea….lol…everything clean a tidy ..job well done …amazing company from start to finish …😁😁…highly recommend..👍100%

We Just got my bathroom fitted by Scott and Chris. What a fantastic job they made. 2 really nice guys and bathroom looks amazing. Would definitely recommend this company.

Got our new bathroom fitted back in May from Optimal Bathrooms, very pleased with the finished look. From start to finish everything was done quickly, the fitter did a great Job and cleaned up after himself, all rubbish was collected next day. I haven't had any issues with the bathroom. I had to get a new bath panel fitted due to damage from our end, that was sorted and a new one was fitted back on for me. Overall, very happy with my new bathroom it definitely transformed it.

Great job, lovely guys who did the fitting, professional and friendly.
Had an issue with the shower, nothing ro do with installation, but my water pressure. They were here within 24 hours and it was sorted that day.
3 months after installation, I got in touch regarding the sealant around shower, they were out the same day and redone it.
Great aftercare!

Had these guys come fit my new bathroom and had nothing but bother from the start. From the guy not showing up to my kitchen ceiling collapsing. Andy sent another team out to sort previous guys work and it was much better apart from bath not draining fast enough and a few panels being different. Spoke with Andy and it had to be done again as they couldn’t match the previous panels. In the process of this they cracked my bath panel and ordered a new one which was the wrong size. He said they have ordered another and will be here this week

Now won’t answer my calls or txts or facebook messages. Not a very good experience with this company at all

What can i say.
Our bathroom has been transformed by Optimal Bathrooms!
The position of the shower, toilet and sink has been moved, giving us much more room than we previously had.
Andy and Michael were easy to work with. Always on time and took time to explain the different options of finishes available.
So glad we took the recommendation of the bronze package.

Recently got a new bathroom and downstairs toilet from Optimal and are delighted with them! Scott and Anton (our fitters) were friendly, professional and worked non stop.
During installation it was discovered our stopcock was faulty. Despite not being Optimal’s responsibility, Andy helped us source a new stopcock and replaced it for us.
He went went above and beyond.
