There are not enough stars for the service at OOHPOD. Local. Over the last year I have experienced the system within Oohpod.
It never fails. On the button every time. Reliable and Swift on every lift.

I was delighted when OOHPod came along, because I was a regular user of Parcel Motel. I never minded the delay of a day or two for parcels to arrive because it was a reliable service. After having one good experience with OOHPod, I was disappointed when things didn't go smoothly with the 2nd order. The courier wasn't able to gain access to the lockers and rang me looking for an alternative address to deliver the parcel to. I had to have him deliver it to my workplace (where they're a bit grumpy about accepting deliveries) and I haven't used the service since. I've been put off them after this bad experience. It shouldn't be this difficult. I wish OOHPod would process the parcels themselves and have their own couriers put the packages into the drawers, rather than rely on others. At least then the packages will definitely end up in the lockers. From what I can see online other people have had similar problems.
