I’ve only used OOHPod lockers for the past year and a half because I can’t get parcels delivered to my home. Nothing against OOHPod but some courier companies (UPS, DPD…) never seem to deliver my parcels to the locker and for me, it ends up a whole saga trying to get my parcels. If you are ordering online and need your parcel urgently, it might be a better idea to get your parcel delivered elsewhere as these providers that might be delivering your parcel may not actually deliver it. This has been my situation the whole time. Now if I need something urgently, I get it delivered straight to my sister’s house to avoid the mess of dealing with UPS and DPD etc. A Post manage to deliver parcels to the locker without any issues so not sure why UPS and DPD have difficulty.

As mentioned, this isn’t an issue with OOHPod. I just wanted to give people the heads up if ordering items that are needed urgently. For reference, I’m based in Dublin.

Very reliable and great service

Ordered stuff from vinted and got delivered to Oohpod in Jonesborough. I have to say this store is fantastic, the help and level of customer service provided from Kerri and Maureen was first class, they are so helpful and always have a smile and are very welcoming.
Would highly recommend this store.

Hi 🙋‍♀️ I had to come here and compliment the service I got yesterday from the lovely Ellen .I ordered expensive boots from Italy weeks ago. They arrived about 3 weeks ago in Ireland. I was told they were out for delivery !I was still waiting until yesterday .....this is after about 4 hours waiting on phone with no answers over the last 3 weeks where my boots were and got no answers ! So yesterday someone suggested I contact OOHpod I was not enthusiastic !! I was only on 3min when I got Ellen on chat I was in work so could not chat too freely but every time I answered her messages she got straight back to me.I had never used your service before so Ellen gave me the code to open it,when I went to your locked I did not have a clue ,so I messaged Ellen and she got straight back to me and then she actually PHONED me a present human on the other end and talked me trough the process ! I’m so grateful it took Ellen only 5 minutes to sort my problem out .. when it took 2 other companies over 2 weeks and still no help. I’m still waiting to see how long to get back to me !!! Thank you Ellen 🥰

First and last time using this , postal service in Dublin tried to deliver this to locker in Charlestown SC, in Dublin lockers not working or opening, parcel sent back ,nearly two weeks waiting on this item for this to happen, never again

Great service, maureen and kerri in the jonesborough office are more then helpful during my first experience using the locker service.

I travelled 150 km round trip to collect a parcel. It was raining and the screen did not work, despite trying to dry it off and re input the collection code. There was no out of hours phone number listed but when I contacted OOHPod they said that they refunded the cost of the delivery, and I spoke to Kerry at the office who arranged for further credit to be added to my account.
I appreciated the follow up which softened the impact of the incident and I would give OOHPod the benefit of the doubt and use them again.
I will try to update here with any future experience.

Brilliant service! So handy. Used it for both UPS and also to go collect parcels from Northern Ireland. Genius!!

I have quite a lot of items delivered to the Oohpod in Jonesborough & the girls that work there are a credit to the company.

Due to weather the screens didn't respond to me trying to get my package but I contacted on the bot & with speed efficiency and a great helpful approach the staff were able to support me when they were back online!

Used Oohpod a few times before and never had a problem. That in my opinion is when you learn the true measure of an organisation. Had an issue late one evening recently, sent a message via the Oohpod app. The very first thing at start of business I had a reply, with the whole problem sorted within an hour. Polite professional and they think and work the problem. I cannot speak highly enough.

Excellent service, parcel ready for collection immediately and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
