Really pleased
Really pleased, pickup of packages from the locker is very easy, the location I use is perfect for me, it's nice not to have to worry about being home to get a package when I'm working in the office or just out and about

Dont trust this company
What are the signs you should not trust a company?
- Fishy description of the rules,
- Large amount of 1* reviews (10% or more)
- Difficult to close account (not to cancel a subscription but to delete it)
- Generic responses in comments, like: "We are always working on improvements" or "please contact us to describe the problem (when the problem is described very well).
OOHPod has all of them

Lost my package
Lost my package - entered my code at the rathmines pod station after receiving a text to say my package had arrived but upon open the box there was two other people’s packages but not mine. I followed up with ooh pod and got no where. (Was essentially told an post have my package however they did not) would not reccomend using this service

Really great experience, I can't really be sitting waiting for a package as I live by myself, nobody else can buzz delivery in for them, there's also no area in my building for deliveries. So this has been a welcomed game changer.
Just around the corner, safe, and I can pick it up 24/7.

I had an issue with the door didn’t…
I had an issue with the door didn’t open doesn’t matter how many times I tried to open it. I scanned the QR code and sent a message on WhatsApp. They were calling me in 2 seconds. The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. Finally I was able to open the door with her help and the pod was empty. I didn’t even needed to ask anything she said immediately I’m sorry about it and I will refund you the money. I highly recommend them.

This company has kept my buying options…
This company has kept my buying options open when I'm unable to be home for various couriers or post office delivery. Been using them now for over a year with zero bad experiences
The oversize parcel service is particularly good and the staff in the office are lovely and go above and beyond to help in any way they can.
