Time well spent on scheduled update calls
Always find our regular telephone conversations helpful always good to have a re-fresh on how I can improve marketing and increase viewings for my clients. Craig always takes the time and never rushes the scheduled telephone appointments.

Most of the properties already hone or…
Most of the properties already hone or reserved but the agencies forget to upload it. The agencies never responded, they answered for the phone call, but when you tell the address of the property the already knew it’s gone/reserved. I tried. Called more than 30 properties’s contact number. All was the same. “Which prop!” “XY.” “It’s reserved. Bye.”
Only 1 lady talked with me nicely and not like a machine. So all the website is a joke. You cannot follow the property where you sent enquirer, and the searches gone time to time.

I have always thought they advertised up market properties.
I viewed a couple of properties in Southborough Kent recently. Neither of them were really live able up market properties. Not worth the rent being asked. Totally disgusting infact both of them

I travelled 40 minutes for them not even to wait 5
I made an appointment with “Let Safe” to view a property the same day, I was running late as I was travelling via public transport and rang them up to let them know. I was 5 minutes late to the viewing and nobody was there. I knocked and rang the office only for them to inform me she had moved to her next appointment. I had travelled 40 minutes to this viewing, for them to not even wait 5 minutes even though I gave them notice I was late. If this is indicative of how they treat their tenants do not use them. In future if your agents are going to leave the property you should let the person know who is coming to view it or just wait longer than 5 minutes or just don’t book back to back appointments for your agents.

Website is average. Devastatingly average!
Website is average. Devastatingly average. Filters don't work well (search for properties expressly excluding new-builds and half the properties returned are....yes, you guessed it....new builds). Tried to send message to On The Market using their 'contact us' webform and all I get is an error 'Captcha failed', to which the only option is to click a button 'I understand', which just clears the error. No, I don't understand. I don't understand why nobody tested this site before releasing it to the general public.

The property 31a hawks road kingston has been an horrendously bad living experience. There has been a constant leak into the the downstairs room under showers and toilets. There has been constant growth of mould in the property due to damp. The electrics are not safe due to damp and leaks. The landlord is rude and does not do anything about the issues of the property.

It's not a valuation. It's a marketing tool whete they will send your info to estate agents in the area. Be carefull or you'll be bombarded with junk email, junk call, junk Wtsapp.
There is no option for “no” can be chose for the valuation . If you don’t tick yes, you are simply unable to send out your enquiry.
All listing are sold. They sell your data to property agent for profit.
