Straight to the point and answered all my questions.

The worst customer service I have ever seen, I called to check on a shop and one lady doesn’t even know how to talk just said no more shops Available and hung up the phone, on the website there were many shops available but she wasn’t helpful at all.

Shelley Harris is an absolute joy to work with. She is always punctual, well dress and really smiley and friendly. Its because of her we stay with OTM and she is a credit to your company

What can I say, unresponsive, lying, absence of communication, forgetful, unreliable. We viewed a place, loved it, wanted to apply but due to us asking about the lack of blinds/curtains in the property, the agent wanted to get all the info from the landlord asap. We chased him for 2 days and heard nothing, only to see the place was then let agreed. Need I say that we were promised it was first come first serve, and nobody had applied yet. USELESS.

Looking forward to you achieving No 1 portal status, a great vision for the very near future. More agents need to take note and come on board

When looking for property. I am looking for a livable property. When looking for land I'm looking for land.
These Estate agents need to stop advertising land as "4 bed detached house or barn conversion for sale, " when in reality theyre selling land with possible or agreed planning for such a property. Annoying to say the least.

This website is awesome. Here is one thing I want to tell to new tenants. DO NOT rent flat 71A Walton St from JCP. I stayed in the UK for many years, as a research fellow. This is the first time I meet such a horrible person in the UK, even in the world. She is mean and ask unreasonable requests when you are still there, e.g. return the flat back as it was. Why? I am still living here, how she can ask me what to do in the flat. She also tries to find ways to make you live in the flat uncomfortably, e.g. you have to clean the flat, do not make it dirty, clean the window, do not open the window when you leave home... She keeps an eye on your daily life, now I think this is a reason why she do not change her mailing address. All her mails were sent to our flat. She come and pick up her mails. She is good when we moved in, then become bad when we will move out. I think this is her trick to keep your deposit. Also the flat is small and old. Most facilities work less efficient, the shower is horrible, the heater is extremely expensive in the winter. The rent + electricity + council tax is very high for a single person to live. The agent should remove this flat from their website, do not let others get hurt from such a landlord.

We are family that recive a universal credit cause we are struggling and we are not able to find any house for as in onthemarket.
All the offer form we sended we didn t recive any response so far.
I give 2 stars because there is not a option while your are browsing to know if the landlord will accept DSS family

I used “on the market” to get an evaluation on my property. The evaluation was very accurate as it matched the state agency evaluation. I am impressed. Much better than zoopla.

I have been using other portals for a while and thought give onthemarket a chance and my experience been horrible. What they promised did not deliver, they will ignore and ignore you and only chase you for payments. Signed a 6 month contract but they forced a 3 month notice period. On a such short contract how can you put such conditions. Their portal does not work, the representative literally pestered me to sign the contract and then disappeared, after having many conversations with issues to be fixed nothing was done and now I am left with a huge bill.

I would give them 0 star if possible! Avoid at all cost

Made inquiries about several commercial spaces only to be ignored time and time again. Waste of your time, find an agent who will return your calls/emails.

Very bad experience i had ,come and cross with identity fraud ,who tends to be estate agents and putting their ad on the website.i won't trust the flat i find from this website

BE VERY CAREFUL USING ON THE MARKET - They are Hosting Fraudsters with No Vetting of advertisements.

My partner and I have recently fallen victims to fraud via a post through On The Market. The fraudsters have advertised AirBnB Properties which they rent out to get the keys, show you around, and then take your money and leave.

We contacted on the market to have this one that defrauded us taken down. They complied after a day but said for anything else it's up to US to go contact their complaints department.
Within a day we have seen another pop up under a different name doing the exact same thing.

Clearly no review or vetting of the agent has been done. They clearly don't care who is advertising on their site as long as they get money.

Very speedy and efficient process from start to finish.
