We drove 1,5h too view the property to only discover that is for 12 months rent - add said min tenancy 12 months which is suggesting that the longer the better and this is what we ware looking for.
A lovely man who was at the property shared that people are coming from much further places to also be shocked at the length of the contract cup! Imaginge driving all day to view peppery which you want to rent long term to find out that after a year you have to move out! What a waste of time, petrol and energy!
And where are those private landlords? Adds about the site says is private landlords but there is 1 landlord per 200 agencies. What's the point using OTM?

I have always found OnTheMarket fair to deal with. I had a grumble and Gemma resolved matters quickly and professsionally. Which is the complete opposite of that other property portal. Right moving along they offer atrocious service and treat their customers like dirt.

The ad pops up with instant online valuation, this is not what you get unless you sign up for an estate agent to give a valuation, had I had wanted that our local town is inundated with estate agents that I could have just contacted.

I have spoken with Kerry on many occasions and I just wanted to let the world know how engaging she is.
I would happily speak to Kerry for hours and I'm not one to keep concentration with many, especially a sales call, but somehow Kerry makes her time on the phone an amazing experience.

OTM are sooooo slooooow
On the market are absolutely useless at updating sites. Myself and partner have messaged at least 17 places and and have been informed each time they have been sold a week or more before our contact. ONTHEMARKET! please stop pretending you have more properties than you do and delete when sold. Thanks much appreciated from a disgruntled customer!!!!!!!

It's not a valuation. It's a marketing tool whete they will send your info to estate agents in the area. Be carefull or you'll be bombarded with junk.

i called the company to ask about…
i called the company to ask about commercial shop they advertising online, and i was put on hold as the girl didnt know what for rent and what not. she came back saying we dont have no commercial permises for rent, so i asked why you al these shops advertising online and none are for rent she replied back oh i dont know. i thought this was large proffessional compmany.
