There is no rebate after a year long wait, they increased my interest from 3.99% to 13% and they're telling me they will compensate me by giving me $2000 over a period of 36 months. This company is scam.

You need to be very careful Do not allow them to install next day as that will negate the 10 day window for canceling
Rebate covered less than half of what we paid.
On top of that we just received notice that just went up to 12% from 4
We are lucky I can take money out of gics to pay the finance company off.
I feel sorry for any seniors who are not able to do that

OSE didn't honor their part of the deal regarding the rebate. To all customers of OSE, becarful, there will be no rebate. So, you will end up withvery expensive deal.

The team from Ontario Smart Energy provided a very positive experience from beginning to end. It was made clear from the start what documentation would be needed in order for the representative to make the best recommendations. The advisor, Derek, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, as were all the technicians involved in the installations of a new furnace, heat pump, and water filtration system.. I highly recommend this company for the quality of their customer service, the knowledge and responsiveness of their advisors, and the skill of their technicians. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and I appreciate the upgrade to a more energy efficient system.
