Hi David, You called to amend an order and as we don't take payments over the phone, we asked for you to email us with the changes and we would either refund the difference or send a payment link for the difference. Instead, you emailed us to cancel part of your order and then placed another order later though the website. This caused some issues as the new order you wanted delivered was subject to delivery charges. You then wanted the new and existing order delivered at the same time so we had to add 2 orders together and create 2 separate credit notes. If customers need to make changes to their orders, all we ask is that they email us with any changes and if we can do it, we will.

Easy to order - super competitive prices, premium branded products - good seller contact to arrange the delivery (early!!). Delivery guy was bang on time and super helpful with offloading etc taking surplus packaging away too 5* service!! Will be using again ;-)

my 1st purchase
my 1st purchase, the online process was very easy, even mentioned can choose an earlier delivery date than the online date and they maybe able top deliver, which they did. delivery guy was very helpful. goods arrived on the day in the right conditions.
only thing was i did not get the 2nd email, had to ring to confirm delivery. happy customer

Shiny hot stuff
Got what I asked for. All my insulation turned up as stated. Couldn't get it on the day I wanted , but it wasn't the end of the world, I could work around it. Delivery guy was good and courteous. we got it all stacked where I wanted it.
Very happy that my job can continue.
