Charged me twice
Charged me twice! Then told me they can't deliver to my address so i will have to pay an extra £100 to get a local van to deliver it!
Rob Hardy the director is very rude and very cocky I would avoid this company at all costs. Very unprofessional!

Hello again Paul, thanks for spending the time to review us and the name check too. As they say, there are always 2 sides to every story..
You placed your order today for materials advertised as 3 - 5 working days for delivery asking for a delivery next day. Shortly after you contacted us to tell us you had paid for your order twice and that you wanted a refund as you had now run out of money on your card. We can only take 1 payment per order and there is no way of you paying twice for your goods. However, we invested and I confirmed we had only received one payment.
At this time I also let you know that although we do advertise this, and you are prompted before the checkout, we deliver on large 28 tonne lorries. And that our vehicles would not be able to reach you.
I asked if there was an alternative address we could deliver to, if you would like to collect or if you would like to have a refund.
You then asked if there was another option - Yes we can deliver on a separate van for you but we would need to charge you £80 plus vat as this is the cost to us to rent a van for your specific delivery.
You then after a few more emails of you telling me "This is an absolute joke" etc, you requested a refund.
To make things absolutely clear. If a product is advertised as 3 - 5 working days for delivery. It will take 3 - 5 working days for delivery. If we advertise we deliver on 28 tonne lorries, it's because that's what we do.
Please do feel free to not use us again in the future.

Great price, choose your delivery date
I have ordered insulation and I choose my delivery date. I had small issue but they react quick and well and I got my order 1 day later.
Correct company.
I would use next time this company as well.

Fast delivery, well priced and fabulous customer service
What can I say - the Teram equivalent (woven membrane) was as good as the real stuff and half the price. The delivery guy was ace, and it arrived on time with easy tracking. Very very impressed - will certainly be buying from Online Insulation again.
