firstly can I say how easy it is to deal with this company, you email them , you send them a couple of pictures, you tell them how many radiators you have, then they come back with a price which includes install, if you go ahead with the quote, ( you pay them upfront do not worry about this as they do deliver and your money is safe ) then they give you a date for install ( in my case just 3 days ) then you have a great gas safe instaler turns up on time, shows great care with your kitchen , and is very safe during his time in your house, and all this is compleated with no fuss , no one puts presure on you to buy as it is all compleated with a couyple of emails , it is just an easy process from start to finish ( all this at a fantastic price and with a long guarantee ) what more can anyone ask for!.

Just had new boiler fitted, great service , would recommend to anyone, had a problem after fitting , this was rectified same day after phone call , so rather than this being something to complain about , it actually gives reassurance that installers provide a great service and are dependable.

The online boiler company are a fantastic company to deal with, they done a great job replacing my boiler. From getting my instant online quote, to communicating with the office and having the engineers out to fit my new boiler, was just awesome service. I felt like they gave me the best advice and offered me the best deal in comparison to other companies, where I felt as if I was being ripped off or that they didn't have a clue. They were extremely professional and put me at ease, as I have never bought a boiler before. The engineers cleaned up after themselves and showed me how everything works. I would highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again(well not for at least 5 years, when my warranty runs out!!) cheers guys
