Combi boiler exchange
Was a bit worried at the time having to pay most of the money up front but wasn’t disappointed the 2 men turned up on friday 25/11/22 as arranged at 7.30/8 am and Scott and paddy really nice guys to talk to and just let them get on with the work.
Got a phone call just after 11am that was them done and what a job no mess or anything to say they had been.

Company gave me quote via pics I sent and was very fair for boiler replacement. Guys were punctual and great workers. Explaining what they were doing and went over how use system. They also filled in guarantee with manufacturer which was great. Highly recommend online boiler company many thanks John

Excellent service start to finish at a great price. Put in enquiry on Wednesday night and straight away someone got in touch with a quote. I was a bit skeptical about paying upfront cost however everything went to plan, Scott and Paddy were here for 8am on Friday as advised and had this completed well before lunch time.

Fraser was extremely helpful and responded to messages straight away when my old boiler packed in. He was able to give me a cancellation slot the following week which was fantastic as I have a new baby, and needing hot water in a hurry is a must!! The installation guys were also top notch, helpful and installed with profession.

Everything went amazingly well. The online form was so easy to use and I received a reply in minutes. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently the next day by two very polite and respectful engineers. 100% recommend.

I highly recommend the online boiler company. Great communication from start to finish. Great service, and a great price. The entire install took 4.5 hours from start to finish. The guys arrived at 08:00 and where away by 12:30. No hassle and they cleaned up after themselves.

Great Service, no hassle, great price, did what they said they would do. Minimum interaction and Scott and Paddy were brilliant, 4.5 hours start to finish and punctual at 8am. Great workers, great guys and left house so tidy. Really pleased. 5 stars.

Excellent! Really good service from the guys! From when I first got in touch, got a quickly reply from Fraser and went through all the details with me, booked in the boiler replacement and managed to get them booked in just two days from when I got in touch! Paddy and Scott turned up bang on 8am like they said and blitzed through the work! Wouldn’t use anyone else now! Cheers again guys!

On arriving from England to holiday at my Sister's home,it was found that her Boiler had sprung a leak,after trying a quick repair,to no avail,and it being an old Vokera 29 Boiler,she decided to look at buying a new Boiler,she came across the advertisement for the Online Boiler Company,but was rather wary and hesitant of it being a scam because of the payment structure prior to installation ie: £100 Deposit on booking £619 payable 24 hrs prior to installation,and £280 cash at installation to the Engineer/Installer,after her doing a quick bit of research and background checks of the Company,and speaking to Fraser,she went ahead,Fraser confirmed that the Installer (Scotty)and his offsider (Paddy) would arrive next morning between 8am and 8.30am,which they duly did,much to my relief,as i had my reservations because of such a low price,where else can you get a fully installed Vokera Compact 'A' Wireless Remote Boiler with 5 yr Warranty for £999? the prices all seemed to start from ~£1600 for a new Boiler!!
In conclusion,my sister is delighted with the purchase,and the no fuss installation by the guys,and i am happy to have a warm house for the remainder of my holiday lol.

Working with the Online Boiler Company was a better experience than expected. I had no salesmen visit the house, it was all done by e-mail, with me sending a few pictures of old boiler and describing what I wanted. I found this very convenient as I could reply at my own speed without feeling pressure. However I did worry, unnecessarily, as I have never made a big purchase in this way, and their price was unbeatable by others. I had no need to worry, I got exactly what I asked for, when I wanted it. Boiler was installed by Scott and Paddy, and what a pair of characters, totally put my mind at ease. I was worried about the new outside piping as my neighbours looked ugly. Scott hid my pipe so it was not visible on outside wall. All in all, an excellent job done and a great experience.
