Kurtis Really helped me today exactly what I wanted to which was brilliant so thank you very much for helping me get my insurance changed over and back on track happy days

Avoid at all costs!
Having spent only 1 year with these I will not be a returning customer! Staff run the phone lines & when issues arrive with staff then the staff also deal with the complaints & no management see this! This is extremely hidden & means problems get hidden!! Staff have massive attitudes and use their own rules to push you into more arguments.
I will never pay a single penny to these again & suggest you avoid!!

Called up today spoke too a gentleman called Jamie young regarding a motor trade policy I would just like to say how professional he handle my situation and how he sufficiently adapted to my situation really kind polite and helpful thank you again Jamie x

I was charged £71 non declared commission for choosing to finance my car insurance. This is in addition to their normal commission from insurers then they charged me an extra "£39 charges" when I sent a copy of my no claims certificate. I would not use them again . They did not act with my interests in mind as my broker. They failed in their fiduciary duty by not declaring the finance commission.

Zak Crewe was amazing. 2 days it took to get both our shop insurances sorted and hours of calls but in the end we got the best price and agreement. So happy and would highly recommend to all.

Hi I’m very happy to write this feedback spoken today with Zach and he was very very helpful. Lovely person to deal with. Company almost cancelled my insurance but zach , I hope everyone is as helpful as him very kind and polite and understandable. We’ve gone through everything together at the end, we found a solution. This guy deserves a raise. So I’m giving him a five star feedback if I would give him more I would God bless him thank you.

I had a very nice chat with Samantha. She was pleasant to talk to and dealt with my issue quickly and professionally.

I’ve rang in twice recently. And been misinformed one of the times and flat blank lied to by a lazy member of staff. Today I rang in and spoke to Rachel Hardy, well she dealt with my query correctly and professionally, did what I needed her to do in a matter of minutes. Very polite very helpful. She’s honestly changed my impression of your company on a whole. Excellent service. Thank you.

My customer experience was not even one star, you only find out about true customer service when you call upon it, in my book emails to customers with exclamation marks is not acceptable grammar for your customers, I would steer clear!!

Although I didn’t go with the quote, the guy I dealt with was extremely polite, professional and more than helpful. I got more information from this guy than I’ve ever had from insurance companies in the past. He deserves a pay rise

As annoying as insurance companies are when something goes wrong, Alex S at OneSure went above and beyond for me helping me sort out documents, chasing up underwriters etc. over a near 3-month period helping me to get stuff sorted. He was a great help and always happy to do so. Everything he told me was fact checked if he was unsure (little details always matter - especially as any costs incurred will likely be your own) and he generally crossed all the t’s and dotted the i’s before advising/sending/approving things.

Do not use this company. Cancelled a policy during the 14 day cool off, now being charged over £1500 as they failed to do it, they are so unhelpful, you ask for a supervisor or manager which they refuse and the best answer to the problem is there’s nothing we can do. Dreadful company.

they took money out of my bank account with out my authoritie becauce i didnt produce my no claim bonus i did get them from my old insurers they said they would put money back it was 57 pound short from the amount they first took they said it was admin fee which i found disgusting behaviour from a up and coming company i would not in any circumstance deal with them be very careful people of this insurer
