Helpful and friendly service
Had an issue with payment links which meant our policy was scheduled for cancellation which was alarming, but upon phoning up today and yesterday the team were happy to help, didn't spend too long on hold and they waved the late payment fee as they understood it wasn't our fault.
Tom Carter in particular was very helpful and friendly!

They tell that they cover third party motor trade insurance, after 20 mins of conversation, they cannot give a third-party insurance.

This company can not improve its sole purpose is to fleece people. They do not tell you over the phone about the extortionate cost of cancelling your policy My cancellation fees came to just under £400 with all the add ons. . .Yes I should have read the small print but busy days are what they are you don't expect this . Always make sure you run your contract through Ai .

One shaw insurance
I've been with one shaw insurance from 2019 never missed a payment 3 weeks ago a had a accident so as my van wasn't drive able paid £60 to swop over and now after 3 weeks later they are saying as I have a ccj from 2021 they are cancelling my insurance policy and not repairing it and returning it damage

Thankyou for your feedback and to establish the facts i have reviewed your file and can confirm that following your claim the Underwriter Jensten have completed their checks and discovered an undisclosed CCJ. Jensten have now voided the policy. You have stated that you did not know about the CCJ. We are the broker and act on the Underwriters behalf. Please refer to them as we do not handle claims and or voidances.
