Very good customer service from the staff, but one complaint about the milk.

How come the customer is paying the same amount of money for 4 pints of milk, but getting what is it, 3.5 pints of milk?.

I have noticed that the size of your milk in comparison to getting it from Tesco are substantially smaller, and at the same price?.

Why are you doing smaller packs of milk at the same price as full size all of a sudden?. Perhaps you have been doing this for ages, but I really noticed it the other day.

You are owned by Tesco too, this is the thing. Why is One-stop local shop not getting the same stuff as Tesco please?. Smaller milk packs at the same price as the 4 pinter's is greed, sorry but it is.

Always polite and helpful. A few more staff could be helpful.

One staff member - think its Jodie "store manager" - has absolutely zero customer service skills. Rude every time and seems that she is annoyed to be working. Not a nice store experience at all

Basic standards of working in retail. Either try to make an effort or realise that the industry might not be best for you.

Very very rude man in particular have come home very upset. I did not put my pizza on the counter fully and he almost got angry telling me I need to push it further. After scanning my item he said " if you jave a problem just say" in an abrupt manner. I don't have a clue where this came from. Onestop Boxgrove

I went to the One Stop in Battle Hill to post a simple letter or just buy a stamp. I was told the postmistress was busy for the next 20 minutes. Another 3 people walked out as well. Come on One Stop, train all your staff to use the Post Office!

The new mangers is lovely but she has her work cut out with the night staff in new moston shop who refused to search for a parcel as they said I was banned ha 72 and banned what laugh so in front of the whole shop they shouted she is banned which was embarrassing ,a mile down the road in failsworth the staff are lovely can’t do enough something is terribly wrong their ,get in touch manageress as I am pursuing a defamation of character let’s straighten this out ,it could be an innocent misjudgment.

I have consistently had a disappointing experience at One Stop on Chipperfield Road. The customer service often feels unprofessional and inconsistent, with some customers appearing to receive much better service than others.

In my experience, the manager has been rude, unhelpful, and has not dealt with customer concerns appropriately. The store also frequently seems to have problems with equipment, such as fridges not working properly, and many everyday items are regularly out of stock.

Overall, I find the store to be poorly managed and unreliable. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and improves the professionalism of the staff, the management of the store, and the availability of products.

This is related to the One Stop shop in Twisden Rd, East Malling.

I’m rating this as 1 star due to one person only - sorry to the rest of the staff. Carrie, who wears a badge saying she’s the manager, is the most insolent, rude, miserable person I’ve ever encountered in a shop. She doesn’t interact, she just stands behind the counter and glares at you until you tell her what you want. No “yes please” or “can I help you” - not even a hi or hello.

Reading other reviews, it seems that this is normal behaviour in this shop. If you own this shop, I’d strongly suggest you get rid of her before she drives all your customers away.

I only go here for the Post Office services, as the PO in Martin Square is even worse for service, but I’m going to have to think of alternatives.

We use this shop on a daily basis, but not anymore after today. Very rude staff on till huge attitude, ignorant... would not accept my evri parcel for return, really need a course on how to treat customers before they loose more. Closest shop to we're I live but I will not use again 😡

No milk in the St Neots shop in the morning, at breakfast time, and no delivery until lunchtime is the height of stock control idiocy. I miss living near NISA.

Crooks at the moment taking to small claims court supplied wrong part , returned but refuse to refund or communicate AVOID

Staff are harassing customers at the tills and people shopping here can be aggresive outside the shop and sometimes inside if you attend this shop for your personal needs you will leave feeling very upset or disapointed

One Stop East Malling is a joke. The woman was so rude, just shut it down and put something else there.

Was waiting outside since 5am desperate to get one box of pokemon for my daughters bday, was then told only 4 packs each when they opened at 6am, to later find out they sold all the boxes to the same guy that allways buys them! Me and daughters absolutely gutted!!! Feel discriminated against and they prioritise resellers over local kids!

Absolutely awful experience with One Stop. I ordered from One Stop on Exford Avenue, Southampton, 2 bottles of cider 2 litre volume for delivery, they substituted them with 2 bottles of ale 500ml volume, I really don't know how they can think this is a fair or reasonable substitute, the store owners obviously don't care about customer service just about getting money from you by any means. ABSOLUTE FRAUD

One stop Hawkenbury Tunbridge Wells. I have a message through Vinted that my parcel has arrived at the shop. I went there and a member of staff with red hair and glasses couldn’t have been less helpful if he tried. He obviously didn’t want to look through the packages, he quite honestly couldn’t be bothered. He didn’t help me in any way and while I was at the counter he was looking over my shoulder at another member of staff with long brown curly hair who was obviously making faces behind my back because when I rumbled her she skuttled off really quickly. I went back again and insisted he carry out another check . He found the parcel again reluctantly in a pile I hand asked him to check earlier but he hadn’t. He told me even though he had his hand on it that I couldn’t have it until tomorrow. My complaint is more about his attitude than anything else. I have lived on the same road as the shop for 26 years and shop in there often, I have had instances of bad service in the past but he is by far the worst member of staff yet. It really doesn’t take a lot to be nice and he obviously doesn’t want to work there, he made that very clear. Such a shame as it used to such a friendly shop.
