I honestly like nisa local when I buy stuff with cash and I don't have maybe 10 of 20p they let me have it and they didn't told me to come back and pay the workers are kind and helpful

Nisa local scamming People

Nisa local scamming People! Yeading Lane staffs are okay, but 5 litres of water are usually for £1.50, but today I've noticed they ripped the name of product off with £1.50 still showing, instead they added £1.99 without name of product next to it in the same line because the weather is hot, down the road it's for £1.50. So Nisa Local is scamming People!!!

Visited nisi shop 278-284 hillfort avenue liverpool picked up parcel a very rude staff member a snotty little person female horrible nasty individual I will contact evri and in future any parcels will be delivered elsewhere plus i will contact Ebay to divert any business away from this shop

Avoid Nisa Local - Extremely Poor Customer Service and Parcel Handling

I had an extremely disappointing experience collecting a Relay parcel from the Nisa store at 570 Wokingham Road.

I drove specifically to collect my parcel after Google Maps indicated the store was open. Upon arrival, there was one female and one male member of staff behind the counter. Although they told me it was "almost closing time" and refused to help me collect my parcel, they continued serving other customers while repeatedly refusing to assist me.

As this was my first time using Relay, I politely explained that I was unfamiliar with the collection process. I asked if they could simply scan my QR code so that the parcel could be identified. They refused. I even offered to look through the parcels myself if they were too busy to help, only to discover that parcels were identified by codes rather than customer names. Again, they refused to assist.

Throughout the interaction, both staff members were rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily aggressive. Rather than spending a few moments helping locate the parcel, they repeatedly told me to come back another day. When I explained that I had made a special journey and that Google Maps gave no indication the store was about to close, they showed no understanding or willingness to help.

What was most disappointing was their attitude. When I said I would be making a complaint to Relay and that this would be my first and last experience using both the store and Relay, I was told they "didn't care."

I was also concerned by the condition in which the parcels appeared to be stored, with packages seemingly thrown across the floor behind the counter.

As a result, I have been unable to collect my parcel and will not be returning to that location. The parcel will likely be returned to the seller, creating unnecessary inconvenience for everyone involved.

Relay needs to urgently review the customer service standards of some of its collection partners and ensure parcels are handled professionally. Based on this experience, I will not be using this store or Relay again.

Without customers a store is nothing.
But sadly the staff at Nisa Local treat customers like they are nothing, rubbish -worthless.

Avoid.

Kempston store I would like to say a huge thank you to…

I would like to say a huge thank you to the wonderful men at this company for being so kind, patient, and helpful to me during a very stressful time.
After having so much trouble with different stores and my electric company causing me a lot of upset and confusion, I came in feeling tearful and overwhelmed. The team took the time to listen to me properly, helped me sort things out, and treated me with genuine respect, kindness, and care.
Their customer service was absolutely outstanding, and they truly went above and beyond to calm me down and support me when I needed it most. It meant so much to be treated with such understanding and compassion.
Kempston is very lucky to have such a fantastic shop and such a caring team. They are a real credit to your company, and I will definitely be shopping there from now on.
Thank you again for your kindness — it will not be forgotten

Grassington store

Grassington store.
I asked for a bag chap behind counter just gave me bag .Couldn't be bothered to put items in to bag for me.all other staff in this store put them in for you.I call him Mr Happy Not.

RUDE WE DONT WANT U IN OUR COMMUNITY VERY RUDE

I have been a local customer in this area for over 50 years and have never experienced such unprofessional behaviour. A male staff member repeatedly followed me around the shop, stood directly behind me at the freezer, and spoke to me in an accusatory tone as if I was doing something wrong. When I questioned why he only behaves this way with certain customers, he told me to “go shop somewhere else.”

When I raised this with another staff member, I was laughed at instead of being taken seriously. This behaviour is completely unacceptable in a community shop. Customers deserve to feel safe, respected, and treated equally.

Customer service

Again nothing unusual from a certain community very rude and racist staff. Bought a KA drink this evening at around 8:40pm 31/03/26, had some sticky gunk around the tin asked to take another one when the shop keeper with the beard and tunic rudely asked me to put the can back without acknowledging the issue and completely ignored what I had to say this level of customer service is appalling , I will be taking it to trading standards I have all the recordings of the interaction . There was a Caucasian man that walked in after and he didn’t have the same attitude. Even though I live close by I wouldn’t be shopping at Murray Grove Nisa local again I would advise people to avoid this shop like plague and instead go to the one on great eastern street.

Accused of stealing


I entered the store and was looking for something to buy then an employee told me to follow them to the front and pointed at me in the security camera footage from the previous the week. The footage displayed me grabbing multiple drinks to reach the colder drink at the back then returning the drinks leaving me with only one. Then the employee explained I brought two for the price of one. At the time I was confused thinking I may of accidentally picked up two and forgotten about it (which didn’t happen) and offered to pay for the second drink. But I was met with absolutely no reply and then I was kicked out the store

Vile experience - Nisa Glasgow

This review is about the Nisa at 55 Liddesdale Square in Glasgow.
Staff member extremely rude and unhelpful!
I was trying to return a parcel - staff member wouldn’t accept the parcel stating it was “too large” in size… 10”x10”.
I would also go as far as to say the staff member in question was racist towards me.
Highly lacking in customer service skills and had zero patience or compassion for me as a loyal customer.
Avoid - there are plenty other decent convenience stores with lovely staff :)

Nisa local in wingerworth north…

Nisa local in wingerworth north Derbyshire are ripping the elderly people off with there overpriced goods , Yorkshire teabags for 160 are £7.50 ‘ Nescafé gold blend £11.05 .150g . And this shop has post office in but they refuse to take any notes if they are Scottish this shop is owned by Sandeep Singh SOHAL, it seems to me not taking Scottish money in the post office is a bit discriminatory, I hope I see him in the shop I will tell him straight what I think of his kind

Racism in store

Just had a really disappointing experience in Nisa. Please note I’m an east asian woman.

Whilst shopping in there I nearly bump into a caucasian woman also shopping. I apologise & move out of her way. Her boyfriend (also yt) starts putting on an asian voice & spouting racist stereotypes to make her laugh. Hearing this upset me a lot, but I was alone & didn’t feel safe confronting him.

What made it worse, was all the Nisa staff giggling along & encouraging his racist behaviour. I would have been fine with them not confronting him either but to validate his behaviour was just such a disheartening thing to witness as a customer.
