must be the worst customer service ive ever dealt with .one person is telling me one thing then another something totally different .
Basically both have no idea what they taking about and what the problem is with my bike plus .

I have been waiting for ages for…

I have been waiting for ages for treadmill to be delivered. Peloton uses a company called XPO logistics to deliver the item to Cambridgeshire, one of the worst delivery company. They have called me to fix a delivery date and at the same time I made them aware very clearly that the delivery is to the "first floor". Two delivery guys have come and they said they have no idea that they have to deliver to first floor and warned me of tearing down the carpet. I didn't want to take risk and they didn't deliver. Now they emailed me saying that there is no other slot for atleast another 7 days. I don't understand why I have to wait that long after paying a premium price for these products. Such a poor choice of delivery company. It will take in total of 14 - 21 days for delivery. I am thinking of canceliing my order and better join a gym.

Just absolutely amazing

Just absolutely amazing. From start to finish the customer service is amazing. The quality of the product is fab and they put it together for me as well!! Classes are fun and makes working out really easy. As a busy mum of two working full time I can really focus on my fitness now. Thank you peloton!!

Amazing customer service…

Amazing customer service! I had to pack my Peloton bike away while we had renovations done at home. I thought I had suspended my membership, but months later I realised I had not. I emailed with low expectations and got an instant reply with confirmation that I would receive a refund for the months I had not been able to use it. Amazing! Others could learn from this.

Be aware of refunds

I cancel my order of a bike and still 3 weeks after I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY
I have sent many emails but allways they say it will take 7 days. That is not happening

Customer service is a joke

Screen broke after 3 years, their customer service is honestly a waste of time, going around in circles. Provided all information and weeks down the line they still wasting the time, asking the same questions. Poor quality, money grabbing scheme for subscr. and even worse customer service.

Best piece of exercise kit EVER!

I’m absolutely loving my Peloton bike! It’s well made and looks sleek and professional. Delivery was smooth and painless and the delivery men were great in getting us all set up very quickly. There’s such a variety of classes with some really fantastic instructors. This bike is worth every penny!

Screen broke after <3 years and spent…

Screen broke after <3 years and spent several hours talking to 4 different people at the help desk. They finally told me they will send me a new one, after I have complained of their initial offer to send me a replacement for £450! Still, no screen after days and no confirming of any shipment. For such a premium product supposedly member centric community, it’s not the type of customer experience I was expecting. Very disappointing

Peloton bike will change your life!

I’ve had my Peloton bike for just over a year and I absolutely love it. It’s made a huge difference to how I approach my fitness, whether it’s a 30 mins class or a 2 hour endurance ride, it really suits my lifestyle. There are so many instructors to choose from you will find the one that suits you. Cody makes me laugh but I find. Matt Wilpers keeps me motivated on a 60 minute plus class.

I did have an issue with the screen but customer service sorted it out really quickly and sent me a new one.

I’ve now started to use the app more for non-bike rides (it’s part of the subscription) such as outdoor running, walking, yoga and strength training and I love it even more.

Given a choice between spending money on a Peloton bike or a monthly gym subscription I’d choose the bike every time.

Ordering of the Peloton was fairly easy…

Ordering of the Peloton was fairly easy however i was disappointed on the delivery, i expected a Peloton expert to set up and give me an overview of the bike as it says on your website. This didn’t happen, it was just 2 guys not happy to take the bike upstairs, input my Wi-Fi code and thats it. I felt very deflated afgter being very excited to receive the bike

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. I ordered a Peloton Tread, Peloton took my money, but I never got the tread. No one will call me back or reply to emails, truly terrible client service. Avoid!!

First faulty bike took 3 weeks to arrive, replacement another 2 weeks

Ordered the original bike 3 weeks ago, turned up damaged with paint on the handles, the courier didn’t even unload it from the van and advised they couldn’t deliver it faulty. They advised peloton would call me to discuss but this never happened so I had to call them direct. They basically placed a new order which will take over 2 weeks to arrive. Basically £1200 down and not expecting to see a bike for 5 weeks. Shocking service to be honest

#peloton rust within 5 years - customer service don’t want to know

#peloton like to sell you the bikes however , we have had ours for just over 3 years and it is going rusty. Unfortunately the area is by the shield which you can not wipe down and peloton have excluded rust from their warranty. Pay monthly for subscription! From being a supporter I would now not by Peloton - better options out there - go for Watt bike

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. I started using my new Bike+ on 10 March. After just 10 days, the screen failed, making the bike unusable. A replacement screen was ordered on 21 March (I was told it would take 3-5 working days). On 27 March I was told the order had been cancelled and that a new order had been placed - another 3-5 working days.

Today (2 April) I called customer services for an update on the ETA and it turns out that order has also been cancelled! I've now been given a 12-hour time slot on 10 April for a technician to visit. It will have taken Peloton three weeks to fix the problem (that's assuming the technician comes on the 10th - I have no confidence that will actually happen).

For the screen to fail so quickly on a product that cost in excess of £2,000 is very concerning. But for it to take three weeks to get a replacement is totally unacceptable.

So disappointing.

Very pleased!

From the delivery and set up of the bike to a few classes in the bike and peloton system is great. Lots of classes to explore with a range of instructors. Having the bike in my home is what is making my fitness regime possible. No excuse not to work out even if I’m not feeling it initially plus time and energy saving not having to travel to a gym. Very pleased.
