Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. I started using my new Bike+ on 10 March. After just 10 days, the screen failed, making the bike unusable. A replacement screen was ordered on 21 March (I was told it would take 3-5 working days). On 27 March I was told the order had been cancelled and that a new order had been placed - another 3-5 working days.
Today (2 April) I called customer services for an update on the ETA and it turns out that order has also been cancelled! I've now been given a 12-hour time slot on 10 April for a technician to visit. It will have taken Peloton three weeks to fix the problem (that's assuming the technician comes on the 10th - I have no confidence that will actually happen).
For the screen to fail so quickly on a product that cost in excess of £2,000 is very concerning. But for it to take three weeks to get a replacement is totally unacceptable.
So disappointing.
Very pleased!
From the delivery and set up of the bike to a few classes in the bike and peloton system is great. Lots of classes to explore with a range of instructors. Having the bike in my home is what is making my fitness regime possible. No excuse not to work out even if I’m not feeling it initially plus time and energy saving not having to travel to a gym. Very pleased.

2x bikes where delivered that both never worked, 3rd bike delivered and works fine, was given a 2 month sub free and 100 pound refund for the hassle and problems but didn’t think it was enough based on the issues caused and the time waited and days taken off work for the 3x delivers

Awful customer service, paid £3700 for a tred with a 12 month warranty, we needed to move the tred to another room in our house and following the warranty terms and conditions, we rang them and booked in a technician to move it, we paid £225, they booked us in for 7th March between 12pm – 4pm. Date and time came and went, no one arrived. We called them and they told us they could not offer the service they insist you have to use, or you invalidate the warranty. Since then we have raised various complaints about us needing to move the tred moved, we don’t want to move it and invalidate our warranty. We have tried to contact professional gym technicians but due to the weight of the tred they won’t move it. So if you buy a Peloton Tred, you can never move house or move its location. The worst customer service for a company the size of Peloton and the cost of the kit. Peloton you need to be able to serve your customers effectively, if you can provide technicians to delivery the kit, you should be able to provide a technician post sale
Truly terrible experience
Truly terrible experience. The touchscreen on our bike stopped working after a software update and we were told that the only option is to buy a new touchscreen for £450! It is very disappointing since the Peleton software update seems to have caused the touchscreen to cease to work.
Shambles
Ordered the bike and the delivery company delayed this by a week due to losing the order in transit. Bike arrived a week later, worked for 3 days then the metrics stopped showing on the screen. Called and they advised of several ways to try and bring it back. Nothing worked. Sent an engineer out to look at it, he didn’t even look at and said there was a bad batch, a new bike will be sent out. Waited another 2 weeks and it arrived. Still no metrics. Now being told it is a screen issue and a new one is on the way. When I was told a new one was being sent I thought it would be the bike plus the screen. But no it was just the frame and now I need to wait another week and a half for the screen to see if that works. This bike was purchased in January and we are now into March with 3 days use out of it….. no one within peloton communicates and therefore my case has not been easy to discuss with people. The engineer didn’t call ahead to see what was wrong with the bike. The installers didn’t know what was wrong with the bike so I had to explain everything several times to several
People. It’s a shambles of a company with many issues.

What an expensive con!!!
This company is just conning you out of membership money. When you cancel it just paused the membership. No indication of it restarting automatically. Trying to sort out with them is useless. Talking to a machine. Impossible to talk to a human. Will never use this company again and will ensure we tell everyone we know what a load of money grabbing s**ts they are!!;

I have the peloton tread. I experienced some mechanical problem. The Peloton team managed to solve it efficiently and quickly. Many thanks to Mihai from the Peloton support team who dealt with my case in a very professional manner.
Awful service
Awful service, a part has broken on my bike and contacted peloton to get a replacement. Only to be told it cannot be fixed by the consumer it needs a technician. To fix the part it is one nut, that anyone with a spanner can fix, why that needs a technician is beyond me. Anyway trying to charge over £115 to send someone out for effectively a 2 minute fix with the correct part. Have had to raise a formal complaint as currently have a very expensive clothes horse. Now trying to find a third party product to carry out the repair as peloton have not been helpful in the slightest. I would recommend a bike, turbo trainer and a Zwift subscription over this rubbish.

Bike Faulty After 1 Week!
The bike is faulty after 1 week, terrible support thus far they haven't read my emails properly and just sent a stock answer to my queries. Not happy.
Shocking company take your money provide no service
Don’t go there. Customer service shocking. I have paid 9 months payments and not been able to use peloton. Several calls several e mails later . They can’t find me on system . So where has £273 gone. Speaking to them clueless. What system have they got if they can’t find your name address or membership. Get it sorted. Disgusting service. Promises promises you don’t keep. You keep ignoring it. Pathetic and waste of space. Got a bike I cannot use . No refund. No suggestions how to sort it. A joke!!!!!
Love the bike, but…..
Love the bike, but had to contact customer support as hadn’t received the code for free membership that should’ve been sent 2 days after purchase. Despite being a UK customer the order confirmation email had the contact details for US customer support, causing further delays. The pedals were very tight when delivered - it would be helpful if the need to alter these could be clearly flagged on delivery.
