Given a link for the session, it took a little guesswork to know what to do to get to the point of meeting with the notary. I think a little explanation on how to proceed is needed. The time spent with the notary herself was quick and easy.

Regarding the country selection, the system requires only a U.S. address because our identity verification provider uses U.S.-based records linked to a Social Security Number (SSN) to generate the credit-history questions required for Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA). As a result, there is currently no option to select a different country during this step.

I told her I needed all the papers…
I told her I needed all the papers signed and I was told no cause it say ny!! She was supposed to cross out and put wheee she’s from the state!! Now I have to figure out how to fix it!! Smh
