Kimberly McRae was extremely helpful and patient as we encountered some technical issues with my camera. She assisted me with resolving the issue and we were able to complete the notary session. She was friendly and pleasant to work with.

Great Work
Although I had connection issues and the initial notary was outside my jurisdiction, the exchange to correct these mistakes was quick and seamless. Also, the wrong document had been uploaded by my client, but a simple, quick upload screen fixed the mistake with little problems. The notary was fast and professional.
