I have checked your order in our system and I can see that it has been successfully delivered at our warehouse. However, due to the fact that the return process usually takes up to 21 business days from the day you have sent the parcel (5th of December), the refund has still not been processed.

I would kindly ask you to wait until the 5th of January, which is the last day of the return period, and if you have not received the refund yet until then, please contact us again.

Sorry can’t give a positive feedback

Sorry can’t give a positive feedback, because I still haven’t received item.
I have heard nothing from the courier since last Thursday, when I got a text saying that the item would be delivered, and gave me options. As nobody was home I opted for ‘ leave with neighbour.’
They had an address problem, but considering they had my number to text me, why couldn’t they text for a door number or whatever the issue was.
I will give it until end of week, after that I will request a refund.

Website clear and informative. Purchase / delivery painless. Video guidance on how to fit wet suit provided. Not tried wetsuit in water yet but fits well and looks good quality.

Problems returning items and support email doesn't work

Ordered 2 items from the website and needed to return both of them. I entered the order ref in the portal and it only showed me 1 item. I emailed their support email address several times to ask how to return 2 items, but the email always fails "Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond." So I have no way to contact them!

Sizing suggestion a JOKE! ……

I used your sizing suggestion method … what a joke I said I wanted a jumpsuit to fit for someone of 5ft in height & weighed 8stone you suggested a MEDIUM even though I was thinking Small! I ordered as per your suggestion as I thought you knew your product…what a joke it would have fit me & I’m a size 12/14!
