Slippers arrived today. Fast delivery. Slippers look great, bought as a present. Going to order a pair for myself now I’ve seen them.

Really prompt delivery despite there being Postal strikes. Arrived really well wrapped and ready to give as a gift.

Great service. The slippers arrived within three days and are exactly as the description and photos show. I liked the use of paper and string to wrap them. Top marks for that. I would like the outer parcel wrapping to be as ecologically sound as the rest of it. But otherwise perfect. Let us know if you manage to do this.

Beautiful lucky dip slippers arrived when indicated. Onaie's communications throughout the whole process were very good. Love the slippers!

Things I would like to see from this company:
1. A better way of acknowledging people need to walk in slippers in order to effectively try them on. The current string holding them tightly together but if removed renders them unreturnable is a bit ridiculous.
2. Less of a fight when stating there is an issue with the item and not to be signposted to the general returns policy again and again despite it not being relevant when a product is faulty. Being asked to provide evidence would have been fine but I had to do that off my own back in the end and finally got a satisfactory resolution.
3. Reviews on their own website not being filtered.

Not happy that you can't return the slippers once the plastic tag keeping the pair together is cut which you actually need to do try them on properly.

Just received my new slippers which I'm delighted with. Perfect fit to size and lovely and warm. I took off a star as I feel they could have a slightly more slip proof base to the slipper. They are textured to be fair but a tad more would be preferable.
Excellent customer service and delivery of product. I ordered a lucky dip pair to try them out but I'm sure I will be buying more from Onaie in the future. I'm really happy with the pair I received.

Item was faulty, sent it back, still waiting for refund, I am having to chase it all the way. Email communication from Onaie is passive aggressive, not a nice company to deal with, I won't be buying anything from them again.

I've been a loyal customer for several years ... I had a problem with a pair of slippers I ordered .... the response was fast and the issue resolved . Very impressed with oniae's customer service. 10 out of 10

Still waiting for onaie to dispatch my order and because it has taken them so long my parcel will get caught up in the total mail strikes. I am unimpressed, very similar products available from other companies will go elsewhere next time.

This is the 4th time I have ordered from Onaie, great, prompt service, well packaged.

Lovely slippers, just an important notice to new customers, check your size. I am size 4/37 and went for size 4/37-wrong. They were a whole size too big. According to O air size chart I have am size 3/36. Hopefully these will fit my friend, so I can gift them to her and get the next size down. When I first put the one of the slippers on seemed ok at first, but I had to wear both and walk. To do that I had to cut the string, as they're really stuck to each other and it's impossible to walk. If the strip g was longer it would help, once cut the slippers cannot be returned or exchanged, read that too late. Otherwise lovely, warm and interesting slippers.
