My first experience here and it was fabulous! A great facial, wonderful service and feeling completely refreshed. I love - and only use - natural treatments, so I’m glad I found this little haven. Thank you!

I booked a deep tissue massage with Mr Patrick Chedmail and he was amazing! It’s probably one of the best deep tissue massage I’ve had in London and I’ll definitely return.

I really benefited from my second visit to Omnia Lifestyle to help cure my plantafascitis. I would recommend Patrick as a very good physiotherapist. He performed a hand massage of the ham strings, thigh and lower calf, tendon and ligament regions as well around the heels and fascia of both feet. Following this, I was put into a body balancer which compressed/decompressed air as it worked through my body feet to chest. This helped to reduce the water retention and improve my blood circulation. Both treatments contributed significantly such that I am walking normally right now and no longer have a sharp pain on the sole of my left foot. Thank you Patrick for such rigorous attention.

I have done 10 sessions of red light therapy on Thor bed and 3 lymphatic drainage on the body balancer. The staff was always friendly and attentive. I have visible results and feeling better health wise I would definitely recommend and return.

Attended Omnia Lifestyle at the recommendation of a friend last year to see a specific practitioner. I was really happy with my results and booked in for further treatments - block booking to secure a discount. Great I thought.
On my second treatment which I took on a Friday I was in the waiting room when a scruffy (by my standards but not judging) man came in and rather rudely I thought, asked me who I was seeing and what treatment I was undertaking - I answered him reluctantly so as not to seem rude. It turned out this man was actually Francis Mirandah the main director of the company. When I found out I was shocked that he would be so unprofessional to do that, but I let it go.
2 weeks later I was walking out with my practitioner and saw Mr Mirandah next to his Vauxhall car, my practitioner acknowledged him politely and introduced me & advised I was just leaving following a treatment. To my horror Mr Mirandah AGAIN asked me what I was being treated for in a public place outside! Totally unprofessional.
Fast forward and the practitioner I was seeing was no longer available for treatments, with no-one else as qualified as him in his speciality. Omnia could no longer provide a service to me so I rang and asked for a refund of my block booking, nothing, I tried again, nothing, I emailed and got a reply basically saying they would look into it. Again fast forward and - you guessed it noting - as they delayed and gave excuses I had to go to the Small Claims Court to get my refund - something I never wanted to do - but faux concern and patronising emails meant I had no choice - I was successful BTW so recommend anyone does this if in a similar position.
I can honestly say that all the practitioners I met, Dr Arun Vijayan, Charles John and Khalid Mughal were gentlemen, knowledgable in their field and professional - if you can find these guys I would 100% suggest you get treatments from them - all have now left Omnia so do a google search - whilst I recommend the practitioners I can honestly say the organisation and the management is shockingly bad. Interested only in money and with a massive ego I can honestly say one of the worst management team in an organisation I personally have had to misfortune to come across. Whilst I am sure Omnia will question what I am saying and deny - I am more than happy if anyone wants to see the extent of this - if you don't believe me or are in doubt - feel free to email me I will share all proof and documentation privately.
TBH the 1 star (can't go any lower) is soley for the talented practitioners all of whom are now employed elsewhere !

Rather telling and proves my point I feel regarding poor management and customer care that this took 5 months !
I can confirm that the refund has been received from yourselves after I took legal action ! Prior to this you showed no inclination to discuss or engage.
Absolutely perspectives differ and as your perspective is that you offer good customer all the more reason to avoid !
You have to strive much harder & I truly hope you manage this ! Though replying 5 months after a review does seem to show nothing has changed

I have been in consultation with the Ayurvedic doctors at Omnia since May, following a month in hospital with Lyme Disease. My treatment has been world class with caring and knowledgeable practitioners. All the staff are incredibly helpful and the environment welcoming.
I highly recommend Ayurvedic treatment at Omnia for anyone suffering chronic illness. Most importantly, the treatment is working, I am recovering and I credit the staff at Omnia for this.

i have been going to Omnia for a while and the staff are so amazing I like to give Anji who looks after me with the Body Ballancer who has made me feel very welcomed and also listens and has answered any questions i may have. It makes such a difference to have treatments when you are made to feel welcomed and at ease

Returned to omnia today after completing my five days of RightEye EyeQ training. The re-test showed that my EyeQ score had increased and I now dont suffer with as many headaches. Thank you for your help Omnia, great service from beginning to end. Thank you
