I went to the Dumbarton Road pharmacy to get my COVID and flu vaccines, and they could give me both just as a drop-in, which was great. Karen was very nice and she made sure that I would get the flu vaccine on the NHS since I was eligible, and so I only had to pay for the COVID jab! My experience was very smooth and fairly quick.

It was my first time getting the flu vaccine the staff were nice and friendly. Karen who gave me the vaccine put my mind at rest and was very informative and made the process nice and easy.

I attended the pharmacy at 40 Paisley Road West to get my Covid booster. Eileen, the pharmacist, was extremely friendly, professional and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. She even brought me a glass of water, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch.

The whole experience was easy and relaxed, and I felt very well looked after. Excellent service from Eileen — thank you.

5 stars to Eileen and her team at Kinning Park branch. Top, professional service from everyone from booking my appointment, to my consultation to administrating my travel vaccinations. I was able to make an informed choice on everything. I can go on holiday now knowing I’m well protected.

I had the ear wax removal treatment. Nicola was very helpful took the time to explan the process and made me feel at ease. Further advise was given on ear heath and hearing.

Ibrox Branch - Indre, Abi and Michelle have always been welcoming and incredibly helpful whenever I need advice, medication or general help when it comes to an illness.

Attended with my 20 year old daughter for 2 vaccines which she was very nervous about. Nicola administered the vaccine whist trying to keep my daughter relaxed. After receiving the second vaccine my daughter had a fainting episode. Nicola was fast to act called for help from her colleagues and a doctor from adjoining surgery attended. By that time my daughter was awake and alert. She thankfully recovered quickly. The team at toryglen pharmacy were all fantastic and helpful particularly Nicola. Many thanks to all involved and for their support

Friendly and efficient

Lindsay who served my mother in law was exceptionally kind and caring. This service really helped her and has already made a difference to her quality of life, even if it was only ear waxing. My mother in law can now join in conversations

Took my daughter for a vaccine appointment with the staff named Eileen. She was very friendly and patient towards my daughter and made sure she’s ready for it. She also explained everything well.

I started using Mounjaro at the end of July 2025 and wasn't sure if I was doing the right thing. The pharmacist at the Kinning Park branch immediately made me feel at ease and that I was making the right decision as she was also on Mounjaro and assured me all sort of people were. Her own experience of the treatment was invaluable. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She was always willing to help me if there was a problem with the product and even helped me to get help from the company producing the product when I had an issue with one of the pens. Everything was done properly at each visit so I really felt like I was in the hands of real professionals. I am no coming to an end of my treatment and will miss my 4 weekly visits.

You can no longer order prescriptions on a PC, you have to use the app. I am unable to get the app to work as I am not getting the email to verify my email address. I have sent emails about this but get no replies.
