Wonderful tailored massage
I had an incredible sports massage with Serena - she was incredibly knowledgeable and I really felt that I my experience was tailored to my needs (...and aches and pains). Serena really listened to what I needed and was very friendly in general too. The follow-up was also great.
Honestly, it feels like I have a new neck. Can not recommend enough!

The best osteopathy clinic in central London
The entire staff at Midtown Wellness is simply superb. As a regular gym goer, training 5 times a week, I need a lot of care to ensure my body keeps performing. Whether it’s osteopathy, sports massage or physiotherapy, Midtown Wellness has helped me keep on top of my training for years. My go-to treatments usually include a blend of cupping, acupuncture and deep tissue massage. Through that, I’m always able to recover faster from any nagging injury or ligament inflammation. Midtown Wellness even helped putting me back on my feet when, on a couple of occasions, I pulled my back pretty badly and could barely walk!
All staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and always tailor the treatment to my requirements. If you need a top notch osteopathy / physiotherapy / sports massage service, Midtown Wellness is the place to go. Thank you!

Excellent experience and results
I have been seeing Miqueias at Midtown Wellness for the last 1.5 years and have found him to be an excellent osteopath. After many years of back and neck pain, thanks to his treatments my issues have improved and even better maintained at a comfortable level.
I have also recently seen Nahor for physiotherapy and have also had an excellent experience with a noticeable improvement after our sessions.
As somebody who is already very active, I have appreciated that they have done plenty of 'hands on' treatment to compliment my lifestyle.

My favorite place in London right now!
I had an amazing experience with Nahor the Physiotherapist/ senior consultant for my knee, I’ve being seeing him a couple of times now. He listened taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and provided an top notch treatment plan. All his treatments are unique and molded for each patient. He can help in any area of the body and I would never go to anyone else again but him! The staff are always helpful and kind and I am so glad I chose Midtown west for knee Rehab.

Osteopath Emma Review at Midtown Wellness
I had a treatment with Emma at Midtown Wellness. My arm was in deep pain, nerve issues that were tangled from my neck throughout the whole arm. I really needed someone to fix it because I tried everything from balms and stretches. Soon as I came to see Emma, I felt at ease and went with the flow. The way she knew about my bones and the tension she felt my pressure points manipulated the bones and made them feel so good that I felt I was floating in the clouds not forgetting flying like a bird with the arm exercises and stretches during treatment! Just wow, after two treatments the nerve in my neck feels so good. They are remarkable and magical osteopaths. The first osteopaths I've seen in my life but well worth it. Thank you for putting magic back in my bones, muscles and my entire body in general!

Excellent experience
Nina was very professional and thorough. I have joint issues from osteoarthritis, and her treatment increased mobility in those areas and also helped decrease the pain.

Best osteo in town
Been seeing Miqueias and Emma for a few years now, can’t recommend them enough. Powerlifting is a very demanding sport and they help me keep my body injury free.
Not only are they very knowledgeable but also very friendly and professional.

Excellent osteopathy centre
Excellent osteopathy centre! I have had a number of osteopathy sessions with Miqueias and can honestly say they have saved me! I was referred to him when I finally braved a doctor appointment after months of debilitating back and shoulder pain that had reduced my mobility. A couple of sessions later and I was a changed person - considerably less pain, able to sleep through the night and could once again resume my yoga sessions.
Miqueias is extremely considerate, highly professional whilst still friendly and knowledgeable in his field. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and his clinic!

Back Problems Fixed by Edoardo
I was having some back problems during my stay in London. A friend recommended me to MidTownWellness as she told me the staff there is great. Well, she was absolutely right! The space is very welcoming and clean. My osteopath was Edoardo. He led to his room and we stared the session. I loved how he was able to go straight to the problem that was causing my back pain! With Edoardo I felt very comfortable and well taken care of (he’s Italian too like myself, so it felt nice to speak in my own language). He was also able to answer me questions that were not completely related to my back pain.
Thank you to my friend that recommended me this place and thank you Edoardo!!! Alla prossima (ma speriamo che non ci sia bisogno ahah)!

Treatments are fantastic here no matter who you see. They’re a knowledgable, attentive and extremely professional group of individuals who always make me feel brand new. I’ve had too many injuries to mention, and no matter what my issue the fix is there! Can’t recommend them enough.

Amazing experience
First of all, and probably most important, Miqueias is a very knowledgeable, experienced and thoughtful osteopath and above all he is a very nice person. One session with Miqueias turns you into a completely brand new person. He knows exactly how to help and release any pain, tension, cramp or any other inconvenience you may have.
The whole experience is just so pleasant, so that you want to return again and again!
I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an experienced professional, who is truly passionate about his job!
And btw he is in a new fab location now, which makes it even more pleasant to visit!
