This is a shopping scam. Ordered and paid for merino wool shirt received one made from cotton and spandex. Now trying to get my money back but unsurprisingly no response to my communications. Avoid like the plague.

Worst company ever. An item was listed as linen and turned out to be poorly made cotton. Upon complaining, no full refund was issued unless I paid to return the item myself. The item has since been removed from the website and no responsibility has been taken for misrepresenting the item. AVOID.

Diabolical company, they don't deserve to be in business.
I received a message saying items were left with neighbour but no mention of house no.
At the time they had not been delivered to anyone, inc me!
Finally,my orders arrived weeks late. The items were horrible cheap and nasty. I've tried to contact Olivia Paige but they dont respond. Neither does their UK tel phone, its a joke.
Warning: Do not buy from this company; you've been warned.

Trying to get details for returns, no response, Nothing like the photo, cheap and far too small 🥲

I would have given this company 0 stars if I could .DON’T BE FOOLED by the email address the company is not in the UK it’s in China. They don’t reply to your emails either. My sandals took weeks to arrive and were made of cheap plastic material. nothing like what was shown on the website. They are so awful they are going straight in the bin. I wouldn’t even take them to a charity shop. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!

Scam site - item arrived quality is cheap. Want to return have emailed 5 times and they haven’t responded. Do not buy from here.

The dress on the website looked lovely and it stated it was linen. What an absolute disappointment it was when it arrived, it was made from synthetic material, pattern was badly printed and it was bad quality.

Soft fabric makes this knitwear easy to wear for long periods without feeling uncomfortable.

Should have looked at Website properly from Hong Kong/China item ok but no where near worth £30 also much smaller than they should be they say order 1 size up (that should have been a warning) go 2 sizes😐

After nearly two weeks I haven't even received the orthopaedic sandals I ordered. I've tried to cancel, but was informed they've been shipped. I have no tracking information and a generic response. This company are terrible and should be avoided at all costs.

Similar case to others here.
Bought sandals advertised as orthopedics, free return.
Sandals were chesp and far from orthopedics, narrow and one size down.
Contacted them to ask for return process/label generation, radio silence!
I have followed up with anothr two emails, no one replies. Will dispute the charge with the bank and see if i can get my money back. So dissapointing there are business like thiis one ruining customers trust and creating dissatisfaction.

Absolutely dreadful i ordered 2 pairs of sandles for my mum they didn't fit ive contacted them to request a refund so far ive had every message ive sent ignored but today they bounced the e mails back saying unknown e mail address complete scam

I ordered some so called orthopedic sandals.
When they arrived they were cheap rubbish and nothing like the picture on the website.
I have tried to contact customer service for a refund but no reply.
I am normally very careful, only buying from websites I know,and because it said co.uk I thought it was a UK.based company.
I have since found out it is a scam company based in China.
Do not buy from.them

Dress very poor quality compared to what is pictured. No way to easily return (on website to email and their team will talk you through their ‘easy’ returns policy and that they will return emails within 12 hours. I have emailed asking for a return- 72 hours later got a reply to ask if I want to keep the item with a 30% refund and if I want to continue to a 100% refund to email again.

Very lengthy delivery and the quality of the product was cheap and poorly made. I ordered sandals which looked of good quality in the photos but the delivered item looked nothing like the photos.

I have emailed to return and will update if I get a reply.

Tried to contact via their site emails and instagram but no response. Absolutely absurd behaviour. One piece of advise DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!.

Bought a pair of shoes for an event over two weeks later - website said delivery was 4-9 days. They finally arrived after over 20 days. I sent three emails requesting an update with zero response. When they arrived I tried to return them but they didn't respond to my request and ghosted me. Don't buy from them unless you're happy to kiss the money goodbye.

I am reposting this as my original review was removed. I purchased an item from this company a month ago which did not fit. i have been unable to return it and the customer service team is unresponsive. Be wary if you are purchasing from them as you may not be able to return!
