So don't order from this site...I thought it was UK based and refunds were accepted within 30 days ...my order took two weeks so arrived whilst I was at said wedding ...I ordered several for choice. trying to return was a night mare as they just wanted to give me a partial refund and keep the dresses ...I'm still awaiting my refund because the package which is being tracked by both myself and Olivia may China is still in customs !! This has been going on since October !!!

One star is too much. The order took weeks to arrive, wgen it finally did it was extremely poor quslity rubbish. Looked at returns process, it will cost more to return the dress to Asia than the dress cost. Absolute rip off..please don't waste your money on this scam.

Can’t believe I got sucked into this scam I have been waiting a month for my order although they said it would be 3-5 days . My daughter ordered from the same site I can only describe the two track suits she ordered as total garbage , the fabric was an arts and crafts felt and same story pay the postage to China or keep and get 10% back . After 3 months of haggling they eventually offered 60% back but are still yet to pay ! Fortunately I purchased through Amex who have reversed the charge . My daughter is now going to report them to trading standards .

I received my order after over a month.
I'm not sure how they are even allowed to use the images on the website as the products are not even close to the shite quality they actually are. Awful material, extremely cheap looking and an absolute con in terms of returning.

i checked reviews before ordering and there is another company with similar name based in Netherlands who had good reviews... my mistake. Despite the claim that they are based in UK, this company is obviously in China. Half of the order has not arrived. What arrived is poor quality, mostly synthetics. Impossible to return. Don't bother

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. The order arrived late all the way from China: Extremely poor quality and fit. If you try to return you’re responsible for the shipping costs, then the return always, always gets stuck at custom in China. How convenient. Basically a stunt so you will never get your refund back! Please report this website, and hopefully they will be closed down!

Don't purchase or use the website- it took 4 months to get my order that looked completely different to the pictures on the website- I had to pay £22 for a refund to send to China - recorded delivery- and even after providing evidence it was sent and received they are still refusing a refund saying they haven't received it - WORST EXPERIENCE -

Ordered a black dress and it’s nothing like the pictures advertised. Looks shocking on and is cheap fabric.
Return address is china and I’m going to suck it up and take the 30% refund or I’ll be down even more money by paying £22 for it to be returned.

Do NOT read the seemingly good recent reviews as they are fake. Product arrived completely different to what was advertised. Flimsy, quite frankly gross material that looked nothing like the picture. The dress was unwearable, went straight in the bin where it belongs. These guys are not situated in the UK like they are trying to imply. Check the returns policy, you won’t be able to get a refund or return the item either. DO NOT use these guys.

Product quality is shocking, absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website. Attempted to return the item and they offered a gift card for 60% of the purchase price, despite leaving feedback of the terrible quality and service. Avoid at all costs.

Read the reviews. They are all terrible. Don’t be an idiot and buy anyway. I did and the dresses I received aren’t even vaguely similar in style, material or shape. Just the colours were close ish. I wasted £120 (!!!!) on two dresses that are such poor quality I can’t resell or give away and the refund process is total smoke and mirrors. Avoid

As per everyone’s Trustpilot reviews this company is fake ! Please do not buy from them! The clothes you order are NOTHING like what you receive! Cheap material and make it impossible to send back and get a refund !! I hope they get shut down because they are making money by scamming people! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I've made the mistake of ordering from a few companies lately who claim to be UK based and in actual fact they're based in China.

One example, Olivia Mae UK, I ordered some dresses from totalling £115 and they came about 6 weeks later. I didn't like them so to send them back cost me £30 at the post office. They then apparently get stopped in customs so you can't have your refund. I threatened them with legal action and to expose them so they sent me £45 back. When you look on Trust Pilot, they do this to every customer!

So many adverts coming up on Facebook these days but please just stick to what you know xx

Nothing like the picture and returns are 50 pounds which is your responsibility! Sham of a company

The quality of the dress I ordered is horrendous, I waited for the dress two weeks! Don’t ord as the postage back to China is £17 and they won’t honour it!

Had the worst experience with this company. DO NOT buy anything from them. Absolutely shocking quality of clothing, you would just put them in the bin more like rags. I spent over £200 so wanted a full refund. After days of emails and trying to give me part refund and keep the dreadful cloths, they eventually sent me their return address which is China. Don’t send anything back as it will not arrive it gets stuck in transit. The best way to get your money back is to go through your bank and do a charge back, if the bank don’t help you which mine didn’t (co op bank) then you need to ring your bank and complain about the service. Once you receive the final letter of response saying they won’t refund you go to the financial ombudsman and within a couple of days you will get a refund. I’m still down on the postage which was £34.20 tracked and signed for but I’m currently trying to get this back through Royal Mail, as my parcel is classed as lost. This has been going on since August, it’s a joke this company are still trading. They need to be STOPPED they have given me so much stress for the last few weeks and all these reviews are saying exactly the same. AVOID at all costs.

Items never arrived

I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my order of dresses to arrive. Tracking not updated since the day of my order. Customer services keeps saying they are prioritising my order, that it will 'arrive soon' and they 'completely understand my concern'. I really, really doubt it.

I have just issued an order cancellation, but I hold zero hope of getting any kind of refund. I paid £160, I'm guessing I can kiss that goodbye.

UPDATE: After 5 weeks waiting I finally received my order. I can only describe the dresses as exceptionally poor fancy dress costumes for a 9yr old. Tiny sizes, terrible quality, and look nothing like the pictures on their site.
Customer services has also disappeared since I asked for my money back.
Only difference I have now is that my email is being BOMBARDED with spam since I complained. May be a coincidence, but the timing is too perfect.

How this company feels right operating like it does is beyond me.
