If 0 star was possible it would be 0. Not only did my coat take WEEKS to arrive it is nothing like the phot on the website. The detailing is missing, the colour is completely different and to top it off theyre saying it was my lighting HAHA. I will attach photos. Not the mention it smells awful of cheap material and it is clearly cheap. This company expect you to pay for returns and you won’t even get a refund they only offer credit. They are out to rob you. SCAMMERS

hey so i have really mixed reviews.
i ordered this beautiful coat, and i didn’t check all these reviews before ordering , but i waited nearly two weeks and i was getting rlly anxious so i decided to track the order, and it said it was coming from china and i instantly just felt off. and i emailed the company and i was like i want a refund and id like to return it. but they said they couldn’t cuz its in transit and stuff. so i waited it out before i called my bank and my package just came yesterday and ill be so honest the coat looked pretty good SURPRISINGLY 😭😭😭 so yeah im just here to express my views but idk if this quality is the same for all the other pieces of clothing they sell so maybeeee just be cautious. and genuinely i was so scared to receive my coat after i saw all these ghastly reviews😭😭but yeah im glad i got something similar yo what i ordered so ill give it a 3 , but then again please be careful and deffo check reviews out before hand unlike me who saw it way after.

Deserve zero stars. Say they cannot offer a refund on items that are discounted but every single item on the website is discounted! Only receive a discount if the item is faulty. Displaying a coat as brown but has arrived burgundy and now I’m stuck with it after paying £60

Fake! Do not buy from here! Cheap plasticy material, pixelated printed design and is nothing like advertised. Company refusing to refund me, and there was no indication that this would be sent from China despite being 'Dutch' on their website. Laughable quality and it's clearly a scam. AVOID

I would give it zero stars if I could. PR duct nothing like how it appears in the photograph and was made of very nasty, cheap material. When trying to process my return, all email replies appeared to be AI generated. I expected a full refund and was told I had to return it to a China address, I'd pay my own shipping and would only receive a credit note. Appalling! Do NOT buy from this company!

If i could give this company 0 stars, I would. Bought a coat and on the product page it says ‘30 day money back guarantee’ yet in reality, you have to pay for international recorded delivery to return and only get a credit note. Really difficult to deal with too. Wont be shopping there again.

Do not use, this is one of those scam websites where the products you receive are not as shown in the photos. Their returns policy is that you have to pay for tracked international postage and only receive a credit note

I’m going to say the same as everyone here and im going to do it because im angry and need to rant. This is obviously a scam. I waited one and a half weeks for a coat to arrive that has ‘premium shipping’ for a coat advertised as wool coat. 100% polyester it has NO structure and looked nothing like advertised. It seems like it’s a UK brand and only ships to UK they even went as far as to write all the emails from a woman with a fancy english name? Like who the heck does that? Also they put stuff on discount so they don't have to refund you. Oh wait! They do! THEY GIVE IT IN STORE CREDIT LIKE IM GOING TO WANT TO BUY MORE OF THEIR CLOTHES THAT I COULD BUY FOR BETTER QUALITY ON TEMU AND WISH. Do not buy from this brand.

100% a scam company. Same as the other reviews, items sent were absolutely nothing like the photos, totally different fabrics, colours and patterns and awful, cheap fabric. At no point when purchasing did I realise the items were coming from China. When I've contacted them for a refund they've told me that return tescked postage to China is entirely at my cost, despite the fact they've sent incorrect items! 😂 And they'll only refund in store credit so that I can purchase more of their tat. No thanks! Have done a charge back with my bank and would advise anyone else who's been stung by them to do the same.

This company runs across different countries so they are not authorised by anyone. Apparently they are based in the Netherlands but returns have to go back to China and they will only give store credit. They are using quality pictures from different websites and sending you cheap alternatives. I paid £50 for a pair of boots that I wouldn’t give to my dog to chew because they smell of solvent.
I have reported them to Trading Standards and their equivalent in the Netherlands and China but with no joy. The CS email comes from a person called Charlotte Harrington, sounds very British to me?
I have written off the £50 but want to warn any other hard working people not to waste their money. Disgraceful

Absolutely dreadful phoney company! Saw on webpage the way items are boxed and wrapped in tissue paper , this item came as a ball in plastic bag and tons of sellotape! Size is ridiculously small! They had the cheek to offer 10% off future credit once item is returned ( my expense). I am going to go through my bank for a refund for items not as described. Avoid at all cost!!!!

I ordered cowboy boots that arrived weeks after they were required. After receiving several emails, one showing packaging of a fancy box, stating item had gone through quality. I finally received my boots packed in a plastic bag. The boots were a size 6, but were no where near, more like a 4. The item was shipped from China then shipped on to me. I have requested to return the item, I was first offered a credit note, they have stated I can have a refund if item is returned to China, at my own expense and if the item is received in tact.

Do not buy from this company. My experience was the same as everyone else’s: the product that arrived was terribly made from cheap polyester fabric when it was advertised as wool. They will not issue refunds even when in clear breach of consumer rights. Have passed to fraud dept at bank.

I ordered a dress from Audrey Calvero, the dress took a long time to arrive and when I unpacked it the colour was several shades lighter than the picture had shown, also the dress didn't fit.
I emailed the company and was emailed back and asked to send photos. I received an email later to say that the dress wasn't damaged and that because it was in the sale I wouldn't get a refund, I was not offered any alternatives.

Goods shipped from China, company registered in Netherlands. I tried cancelling my order before it shipped - they wouldn’t do it. No returns accepted. Item not as described so now I have to go through the process of trying to recover £60 via my bank.

Be cautions !!!! I would strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from this company.

I purchased three dresses, and unfortunately, all three were extremely disappointing. The material and overall quality were very poor and did not match what I expected based on the descriptions and photographs on the website.

The delivery process was also very disappointing. I paid extra for priority delivery, yet my order was still delayed, which completely defeats the purpose of paying for a priority service.

What is even more frustrating is the company’s refusal to accept the return. Despite being unhappy with the quality and believing the items were not as described, they have refused to allow me to return them. I find this completely unacceptable and ridiculous.

Overall, from the poor-quality dresses, to the delayed delivery despite paying for priority shipping, and finally the refusal to accept a return, this has been an extremely frustrating experience.

I would not recommend this company. In my personal experience, the whole process has felt very misleading and has left me feeling that I have wasted my money. Buyers should be extremely cautious before ordering.

Ordered a black wool cape jacket and received a polyester and spandex cheapest of cheep but of fabric hardly resembling anything. Now I have to go through the attempt to get £50 back!
Guessing this is an absolute scam and consumers should be offered protection against sites like this. Their site said based on the Netherlands but it came from China!
