Service and help in the Oka Tunbridge Wells Store was excellent from Ursula and Nawel. Five stars to them and the store, which is beautifully laid out and presented.
Only one star for the delivery service on which we have reported separately to customer services.

I would like to say a huge thank you to a wonderful member of the Oka team, Simona who has helped me so much with my home. Her knowledge, patient and exceptional eye for colour and interior design are truly outstanding. She helped me choose cushions to compliment my mural, and her ability to see what colours, textures and patterns work together is amazing. Thank you for going above and beyond every time!

I went to OKA to purchase a pomegranate oil bottle.
The lady had put the bottle aside for me.
She was such a lovely lady. Kind. Thoughtful polite. She even had a conversation with me. which was very nice.
The service I received was first class.

I had a reply to a previous review but cannot reply to it.
It wasn’t about the code having expired which I hadn’t realised or that it was online but that the Manager didn’t know what I was talking about receiving a code for completing a survey. He made us feel like we had made it up and we’re trying to get a discount
OKA do this discount on a regular basis and I have used it previously which is an attractive concept for the consumer.

The OKA sales assistant was very helpful though the manager not so.
I had a discount code for completing a surgery and he said he’d never heard of that.

I had a lovely experience at Oka when choosing some cushions for my bedroom.
Suzanne the sales assistant was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient, offering great advice and helping me find the perfect cushions to work with the room. I really appreciated the personal service and attention to detail. It made choosing the right pieces so much easier, and I’m absolutely delighted with the result. Suzanne at the Tunbridge wells branch…
Suzanne at the Tunbridge wells branch was so hopeful. Having never shopped in Oka before she walked us round to look at all the sofa and what could work.Explained that I could bring in a video of the room and they will help build the layered look I am trying to achieve. Ended up with a lovely rug for one of our rooms that I felt confident to buy as I could return easily if I did not like it
