OKA is my favourite shop! Love everything they sell especially the soft furnishings. However; I’m afraid that I find some of the staff unfriendly when asking for assistance. I recently waited by the counter to pay for my goods, for quite some time, whilst the sales assistant was doing administrative writing, before she looked up at me.

The assistant went out of her way to…
The assistant went out of her way to find the sprays of fake flowers I needed to complete a beautiful display I had been creating at home with OKA products. We knew a very few were left in a window display due to be dismantled the following working day. She managed to retrieve them. My display is now complete and perfect.

In a hurry because of parking I knew what I wanted and the assistant immediately got the cushion packed it nicely and all in about 5 minutes. He is always extremely helpful.

Simona was excellent. She was very helpful went above and beyond. She even took the time to get the items I wanted to purchase from the window display when others on the same team were very reluctant and unhelpful.

They offered me a discount and did everything they could to make the situation right. Their kindness and willingness to help really stood out. Such a fabulous service we always receive at Oka in Hoopers in Tunbridge Wells. The staff are so attentive really understanding what my disabled mother wanted, I can’t praise them more highly.
