I cannot praise Lauren and the team enough for their compassion, care and service that they provided for my Grandmothers funeral at Bournemouth Crematorium in July.

As a family we live 350 miles away and were heavily relying on recommendations from Lauren and the team throughout the experience. The recommendations were perfect and the day went so smoothly.

The whole experience was very personalised and did not feel as if it was a business providing the service but a family member who cared and gave the upmost respect. The funeral booklets were so beautiful.

The driver that took us to Bournemouth, can’t remember his name but he really stood out as well and made the day so much easier for myself and my parents.

We were really supported by Anna and the whole team, from my husbands death, dealing with the coroner and the actual funeral service. She guided us through the process in a personal but professional way.

From our first telephone conversation with Anna we felt a huge sense of comfort. Every detail was dealt with such compassion, reassurance and empathy explaining everything to my mum. All of the staff literally go above and beyond, every small detail from how dad looked in the chapel of rest, to Chris' words about dad's life were simply perfect
